A family-run hotel in a small house in the center of Yerevan. Everything is done as if you are visiting, not in a hotel. Lots of creative cute things that create comfort. Silence. Wooden stairs. Ceramic pendants, sculptures, lamps - all handmade by the author. Nice comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts served at large family tables. I highly recommend it. Atmospheric, cozy, high-quality, and the location is top class!

For lovers of antiquity. The room has antique furniture and old beams overhead. The window looks out into a well with a patch of sky above. But Condey and all the amenities in the room are present. There is a pottery shop in the basement. Well, the location is 5+! In the evening, you go directly to the park with promenades, Four Seasons restaurant, cafes and an underground supermarket. The central square of Yerevan is a 15-minute leisurely walk away.
