We were at a friend's ANNIVERSARY. We are pleasantly surprised by a sincere, positive and pleasant place called the Lion Villa. The territory is well maintained, the rooms are clean and fresh, the restaurant, the reception - everything is done with a soul. It is clear that the people who came up with and brought this idea to life did it both for themselves, mentally and at home. The food is delicious - ALL of IT! What we were not served at the banquet (knuckle with cabbage, quail, meat dishes, mantas, etc., etc.), everything was delicious! Thank you very much to the chef and his team! Spa, with a swimming pool, hydro massage with a steam room, a large relaxation room - an indispensable relaxation, especially on the second day))) There is a separate barbecue area on site. A lake with a small beach, a river and a forest nearby, the views are positive. The possibility of organizing additional recreation: fishing, ATV riding, etc., pleasantly complement the variety of recreation. A small wish for the waiters, specifically for the waitress Daria, you need to be more attentive and treat your duties better (often, empty and dirty dishes were not removed from the tables, add boiling water to the kettle, it was not even remembered, a gloomy and not smiling face... If she is tired, the management may need to give her a rest ...). But, this moment, in particular, did not affect the overall assessment and impression in any way!

We recently spent an unforgettable vacation at the Lion Villa. This place amazed us with its incredible nature and picturesque landscapes. Every morning we enjoyed the views, which are simply breathtaking.
The cuisine here is simply amazing! Every meal was a real gastronomic pleasure. The dishes were not only delicious, but also beautifully decorated.
I would especially like to mention the staff. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
There is also a wonderful spa area with a swimming pool and a sauna, where you can completely relax and enjoy your vacation.
We will definitely come back here again and recommend Villa Leva to anyone who is looking for the perfect place to relax.

We held a business event for 20 people in this place in October. Am I happy that we chose the Lion Villa? 100% sure!
Learn more about the place and my impressions.
The participants of the event came from different regional centers. It was a long way to go, but the requests to the place were quite big. The navigator offered to drive from Minsk for 5 hours, but we got there a little faster. The road is not bad, and if you go through Turov, you can combine the trip with a visit to historically interesting places in the Gomel region.
The entrance to the estate is very picturesque: there is a swampy area, forests and fields around. And silence. On the way back, for a long time we met only impudent geese on the way, who did not want to leave the road.
Upon arrival, we checked into the rooms of the Lion Villa. I took probably the smallest room on the ground floor - "Fishing". I really liked the room. The bed is comfortable, the room has air conditioning and panoramic windows that can be opened at any time to enjoy the beautiful territory of the estate. Most of the colleagues had spacious rooms with double beds on the upper floors. A bonus to the room is a terrace with a view of the river.
The estate has a shared kitchen and a recreation area, billiards, as well as a sauna with a swimming pool. The sauna area is very spacious, the pool is warm. There are sun beds and sofas next to the pool for a comfortable stay. All guests were given bathrobes and towels.
About the territory. This is a separate kind of art. As an amateur agronomist, I want to note that all the plants are very well maintained. You will not find such beauty in the Minsk Botanical Garden. The territory is tiled, and in the evening a fountain with lighting worked.
The food in the restaurant is very tasty. The menu is varied. My colleagues especially noted the pampushki and blood, and I really liked the pilaf.
The staff of Villa Leva is a separate star of this place. I was very pleased to communicate with Dina and Alexey on all organizational issues. It is a great luck to meet such responsible people. Throughout the entire period of our stay, Stanislav and Maxim were with us, with whom it was very pleasant to communicate on any issues.
Result:
1. A great place for a corporate party, wedding or relaxation alone with yourself or your family.
2. Suitable for relaxing in any weather. We were on rainy days.
3. The approach to recreation is 10 out of 10.

This is a wonderful place, everything is done with great love, everything is very thought out for the convenience of guests, cleanliness, beauty and comfort. They cook very tasty and varied, for this special thanks. Spa, swimming pool, sauna, massage full relaxation. Such a castle with a pond, fountain, benches, armchairs, swings, a beach with sun loungers, everything is there to relax. That's what I needed. There are many other entertainments for active guests: catamarans, boats, fishing, kayaks, cars, etc. Labrador Hunter is a wonderful dog, this is a separate joy, a good, kind boy. Service for a strong 3. The pool is very chlorinated -poor exhaust. The kitchen is also on 3. The problem is with seasonings and salt. It is stated that you can swim in the river, but the bottom is mud/peat knee-deep. A cute Labrador dog steals sneakers. Massage according to the price list is 70-80 minutes, and in fact 50. We woke up at 8 a.m. in the morning to the cheerful buzz of the mixer of workers who are completing the superstructure in the house. Nature is good)

Let's start with the fact that no one in our rather extensive company compared the name with the name of the river))), everyone decided that it was him, the King of Beasts, now it's funny, but then it was unexpected and fun, ... because no one, along with the entire Internet, the correct version on "given". Now about the villa itself. Mentally! Of course, any project is certainly normal, its payback and profitability, but communicating with the owner, it was clear that initially, this was a rush of the soul, and his vision of where he himself would like to spend time, alone, with the beautiful nature of Belarus! Opinions may be different, mine worked out! Very intimate, maximum attention, good and delicious cuisine, as they say, from the place of the position! And of course the surrounding nature, I never thought that it was possible to "wander through the swamps" so positively))) You can! And of course, we never forget that we ourselves, the main creators, of positive and other emotions in our lives!

We went to Stolin in the autumn for work, we were lucky enough to stay in this Villa (Hotel). Upon arrival, we were impressed by the luxurious decoration, cleanliness and taste with which this institution is made. It is clear that the owners did not save money. We arrived quite late, but despite this we were deliciously watered and fed, as well as provided with a chic Finnish sauna and a spa area. I have been to different levels of hotels and estates myself, as well as in Europe, I have something to compare it with. The institution is really of a high level and deserves the highest rating! All photos on their website correspond to reality.

A great place to relax. The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. Dirty towels spoil the impression a little.
I would also like to mark the trail.the moment - we wanted to extend our stay for another 1 night, there was a 2-bed room available. We were ready to put the children on our inflatable bed. But the girl at the reception said that she would not be able to provide an additional set of bed linen and 2 pillows. She told me to call the receptionist. To be honest, it's a ridiculous situation, your room is idle in the middle of the week and you have a problem giving bed linen. I think it is necessary to solve such situations quickly and on the spot. Do not send the client to call someone.

We stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, we got to the peak of midges and mosquitoes, so we stayed in the room for the last day) Overall, I really liked the place. The villa is atmospheric, good rooms, view from the window. There is an opportunity to cook by yourself and try out the local cuisine, I recommend the latter. The prices are quite affordable, so we didn't bother with cooking and ate exclusively in the cafe. The food is very tasty, the chefs are great. Each dish is served with love. Cheesecakes, knuckle and dumplings with potatoes, manti with game - mmmmm delicious. The territory of the villa is well maintained, it is clear that everything is done with love. Hunter is a direct hit to the heart. The best dog in the world and the cutest employee in the villa!

2 families had a rest for one day, but it was enough to spoil the impression of the villa for everyone. Initially, we arrived at 17.30, the administrator offered to order dinner so that we would not wait in the restaurant, because all the food is "under the knife" and there are no blanks. Ok, we came to the restaurant at 17.50, we chose from a large menu, as a result, when we made an order: "this is not there, this is also not there, and the herring salad under the fur coat should wait 3 hours!! - the cook's words. Well, okay, we chose from what we have, we said that we would come by 19.00. We came at 19.00 and nothing was ready, because the waiter looked that we had a spa at 19.30, they say we will not have time to eat, and therefore the table was not set))) but we had a spa at 20.30 😏 Someone messed up something ... as a result, we were waiting for dinner.. The soup of the day was wildly salty, but we think okay, you never know. Then we were offered to order breakfast for tomorrow, so as not to wait in the morning - OK! We ordered breakfast for tomorrow at 10.00, planned the day, taking into account that we will already eat at 11. But when we came for breakfast at 10, the food was brought to us only at 10.50-11, kamon! Why was it necessary to offer to order in advance? According to the food, everyone did not like it, the omelet was salty, the cheesecakes were burnt in general - we do not understand how such a thing can be served to guests and still take money for it? And finally, this institution does not accept cards and warns about it only upon eviction, so take cash.
We liked the spa, and the area is beautiful.

It's a great place. Beautiful view. We were celebrating a wedding. The nature around is gorgeous. The staff is working perfectly. Of the cons: there is no bathtub or Jacuzzi in the honeymoon suite. There were rooms with an adjacent bathroom - it's like in general. TV is not smart, only BT, ONT, always 5 channels. The bed linen is perfectly ironed and clean, the towels are velvet.Slippers, shampoo, khoalatiki are all there. The rooms are clean. We haven't been to the pool, we won't say anything.The parking lot is large.
