Kitchen and service, just like in St. Petersburg. Prices for some dishes are two times lower than in St. Petersburg (roughly speaking, instead of one dish for 500-700 rubles, you can eat two delicious meals here).
After learning that I was a tourist, I was invited to have lunch on the veranda (second floor), although it was closed until 12:00 (and I came to lunch (or have breakfast for the second time) at 11:00).

My score is 2 . The food is not delicious, the service is not good. Visited by the family. The name of the cafe attracted me. Salads are not edible, pizza is this way. It's a very long wait. The dishes are carried in a variety, and not as it should be. It is a pity because it is in a good place. We need to work on the kitchen and service.
