Contacting them a year ago by appointment of two people (mother daughter) they took the money for two and shamelessly sent them, recording both of them in fact, assuring that both would be accepted there on the basis that the child's mother was recorded. As a result, the visa application center laughed that there was no such practice and documents were accepted strictly by appointment ...
Having removed the child from the record before that, they asked for 100 rubles to those that were paid (425). They rewrote the child 10 times a year, offered a premium room for 1,500 rubles, offered a visa application center of another country just by going to the paperwork (if someone did not come by appointment) to apply instead of this person.
The office works on a stream - dandelion girls tell stories about how everything is fine. Upon payment, they immediately give a document that you have no claims.
The most interesting thing (a real quest) an attempt to return the money. Everything is being done to do nothing (so that the money is not returned).
At the beginning, you are offered to come to Minsk to fill out an application for a refund. Then wait a few weeks to receive a reply by mail. Then silence. As a result, after the correspondence, they wrote that the money was returned. They were gone not tomorrow, not in 2 weeks. Then again, correspondence, provision of another account, card number, applications to be paid to another account and the most interesting thing is sending it electronically and by mail. Of course, it did not reach by mail...
If the guys really like to work by mail, then we turned to the Investigative Committee, where they also respond by mail ...
Do not contact those who collect funds from those citizens who want to leave abroad at such a difficult time for our country.

It's a terrible organization - managers change, not a word about it to clients, until they contacted themselves, no one dealt with the documents. The manager contacts quickly only after the requirement to give the director's number. No one in the company knows where the letters from the embassy should arrive. The website says that they work on Saturday, but on Saturday there is no manager on site and there is no communication with him either. I am very upset that I contacted this organization.
