I work in St. Petersburg, and after handing over my passport, I realized how I was going to go back, to which the agent said in direct words.... Should I have known that you were going back? I would like to express my great personal gratitude to the manager Anastasia Grechanichenko, who accompanied the whole process from the beginning to the moment of obtaining a passport, providing all possible support at all stages. The visa was received on time much earlier than promised. Considering the urgency of our question, I was pleasantly surprised with what professionalism, responsibility and understanding Anastasia treated him. Unfortunately, it is impossible to put more than 5 stars here, although I would rate the experience of communicating with this company by 20. The management of the company (if it reads the reviews) would ask on its own behalf to write out an extraordinary award to Anastasia, since such employees definitely definitely deserve encouragement for excellent work. Only two of them told me that you can try to get such a visa, but it is not so easy and very expensive.In all others - definitely "no", no one is your son-in-law, your daughter has no documents yet, so open a visa for a trip, preferably a Greek one.The price of the service in different agencies had a range of 250-450 bel.rub..In search of an agency convenient in location and with an acceptable price for the service, I called VisaVisa.Daria, having got into our situation, immediately offered to try to apply to the Italian Embassy.I was very dubious about her suggestion, having listened to the advice of other agencies, but Daria was so convincing and competent that I decided to try.Daria forwarded the necessary documents, my daughter and son-in-law filled them out and forwarded them without leaving home, and my husband and I, for our part, forwarded everything necessary.A little over a month later, we had these visas in our passports, they were opened for 2 years.I definitely advise you to contact Daria Gromyko as a highly qualified and competent specialist on the issue of opening visas.

I highly recommend not to get a Moroccan visa. The level of knowledge on it is almost universal. For all problematic moments, the excuse is either with sending the visa application center to blame, or it was not so before, or it is not written on the site. Guys, if everything was clear, no one would pay for the service. I personally pay for the fact that people are experts in this and know what an up-to-date questionnaire looks like, how they work on Muslim holidays and do not write a multivisa instead of a one-time one.

I have applied 3 times in the last year and a half. All employees are friendly. But there is a huge disadvantage in the service. In person and by phone, managers give advice not only on filling out the questionnaire, but also on the opening hours of visas.the center, the delivery of documents, the purchase of tickets and much more. THE MANAGER DOES NOT WARN THAT THEIR ORGANIZATION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A SINGLE WORD. They sign up for submission to Moscow and promise the delivery of passports. It seems that they organize the delivery themselves. It turned out not. They just look at the information on the site, do not double-check it and "sell" this information to customers without warning about anything. The client gets the impression that everything is under control. But this is not the case. They have a legal document stating that they are only responsible for how they filled out the questionnaire for you and for having an appointment to submit documents. Be vigilant! They will not provide any compensation or assistance. The manager will repeat the same thing, "according to the offer agreement, we are not responsible for incorrectly telling you how the visa application center works. You should have read the contract of the offer." I also read the reviews below about the negative experience in the Italian visa. centre. There was also another unfortunate story with me in May of the 22nd year. They could not record for submission and said "exclusive information! You go on a first-come, first-served basis" I urgently needed a visa and I came every day for a week and stood in the rain on a first-come, first-served basis :) She let herself be deceived by 200 rubles for filling out the questionnaire. It's her own fault :) And the manager of this center asked me to put their clients on the list and book 6 places on a first-come, first-served basis! It's already passed and I forgot about this case and now I'm back in October! The essence of the service remains the same! attracting people with interesting information and a complete lack of responsibility for words! You can legally protect yourself, but customers cannot be considered stupid. The service is not for the future!

We have successfully made 3 tourist visas to South Korea, thank you! We took up this issue six months before the trip, and although it was too early, the specialist joined the process from the first call, told us about all the stages of preparation, deadlines and what we needed to pay special attention to, taking into account the specifics of the requirements of the Korean embassy, we only had to gradually collect documents. We live in Brest, but we were dealt with by an employee (Daria) in the Minsk office, who specializes in such areas. A very patient and tactful professional, she never pretended that I was in a hurry, asking again and being overly cautious. It is very convenient that offices in different cities cooperate with each other. We were photographed on a questionnaire in Brest and ourselves sent the photo to Minsk along with the documents for verification (we previously checked them via messenger), we had to pick up the kits in Minsk on the day of submission and take them to the embassy. Great job, saved us a lot of nerves and strength.

I do not recommend it. We had a personal consultation to understand what options are available and where it is more likely to get a visa. Our goal is a tourist one - but they immediately offer a Polish working one (the longest available option), for tourist ones - "oh, there are a lot of refusals." during the conversation with "a lot of refusals" we got to "well, sometimes they refuse, but in general they give someone for 3 years." The very quality of customer service is somewhere at zero - it's too difficult to say hello in response, they don't look into their eyes, they talk to the fuck off, they had to pull information. I understand that there are not many options for people and someone will come to them anyway, but the level for such payment should be appropriate. It is not worth wasting your time on this "agency".

Read the reviews and you will understand everything. Where the employees themselves write, and where the people write. If you value your money, time and nerves, this "company" is not for you. I contacted this office in early August. I was assured that there are places for September at the Italian embassy (and they really were, but not for visa-to-buy). The dates of the trip were October 17th. In parallel, another person was submitted through another agency. He was offered a date almost immediately, and there was a lot of choice. In the case of visa-by-visa, the silence is complete. We were fed breakfast for a month to inform them that there were no places. Not a word about what's not working, not a word for the whole month. If you want to find yourself in a situation where nothing can be changed and the trip is disrupted, I advise this non-agency. DARKNESS!

I came at the very opening the next day, tried to turn it around, saying that we were not holding consultations today either. The first violation of promises. However, they still accepted reluctantly, promising to record it on March 9-11. A couple of days later they wrote that it would not work on these dates, we will record it for March 14-18. As a result, it turned out today that they will not record for these dates either. The service is disgusting. They take money, but they do not fulfill their promises, or they do it with difficulty even after a hundred years.

They said that they would redo the questionnaire, although it had its own, correctly filled out.
