It seems that the priority is only to receive your money, while the quality of the services provided leaves much to be desired. The collection of documents was carried out carelessly, with obvious errors. My friend and I received refusals, while at the registration stage we were assured that the percentage of refusals was minimal. My friend's refusal was due to an insufficient amount in his account, although he had more money than they claimed. I was refused due to lack of grounds for arrival. Question: how did you fill out our documents? In addition, another major disadvantage is ignoring calls and messages. I am writing here in the hope that this appeal will not be ignored. The promises of minimal refusals turned out to be empty words. Decide for yourself whether to contact an agency where, after receiving your money, they show no interest in you.
