I do not recommend contacting this agency. At the consultation stage, they present one piece of information, but in reality everything turns out to be different. It seems that the priority is only to receive your money, while the quality of the services provided leaves much to be desired.
The collection of documents was carried out carelessly, with obvious errors. My friend and I received refusals, while at the registration stage we were assured that the percentage of refusals was minimal. My friend's refusal was due to an insufficient amount in his account, although he had more money than they claimed. I was refused due to lack of grounds for arrival. Question: how did you fill out our documents?
In addition, another major disadvantage is ignoring calls and messages. I am writing here in the hope that this appeal will not be ignored. The promises of minimal refusals turned out to be empty words.
Decide for yourself whether to contact an agency where, after receiving your money, they show no interest in you.

The savior company, it was necessary to sign up for a visa to Poland. The manager explained everything, removed all fears, I thought the whole process would take more than a month, as a result, on July 7 I applied, on July 19 I was just waiting for an SMS about the readiness of the passport. I advise everyone to keep company, who asks and who does not ask, because for two weeks I was looking for an adequate company that would not be rude to questions and would not answer through clenched teeth.

I applied to the agency back in November 23rd, they claimed and promised by the end of December that I would be with a Polish visa. I never received an invitation in January, February, or March! All the time there were unsubscriptions that "we do not know when the invitation will be signed," etc. there is no communication except telegram, there is no way to call. they keep talking about some kind of $70 surcharge to speed up, which I didn't do. my money was just used for 4 months. As a result, I was left without a visa. All the plans were thwarted. I asked for a refund, the money was returned to me, but time was lost, the cost of the visa increased, the result is zero!!! Agents work very, very poorly! I applied to another agency - I was signed up, two days later. I'm going to the embassy tomorrow to submit docks. the difference is huge between the agencies.
