Amazing view of Tbilisi from the room! The price/quality ratio is also great. The staff is friendly and speaks Russian. The breakfasts are not bad in quality, but not rich in assortment. Parking at the hotel for 1-2 cars. But parking is free outside the hotel.

Pleasant hotel, courteous staff, excellent location - 10 minutes to the center by walking distance, no yellow-block paraphernalia.
I will separately note the View from the restaurant at breakfast!
