The shoes are normal, but expensive. The saleswoman was unpleasant, reluctantly took out shoes for fitting, as if it wasn't her job. In general, the service experience is poor, but there are no questions about the assortment.

The purchase did not pay off. The sole was worn down to holes on the floor. I have never had such a thing, so that in shoes, the brand of which is trying to associate itself with quality, there is enough sole for only one full season. Moreover, the seller himself confirms that this is normal.
I do not understand how there can be a 2-year warranty on the sole if it is "naturally worn" (as it is written in the act by an expert of this store named Bogdan) is it turning into a leaky one?
Where is the logic? I didn't wear it in the summer or all year round. On the whole, my shoes look neat and well-groomed, which indicates careful use. I think that naturally it should wear out, but not before the warranty period, at least!
The store's specialists showed a negative attitude at the time of receiving my application for a refund under the guarantee.
No wonder the master was surprised at the repair shop: "Vito shoes used to be worn for a long time, but now they are constantly being brought."
I repeat... It would be natural for me if the sole were made of foam, and not of high-quality material.
I do not recommend this brand. Vito- shoes for one or two seasons. That's what the expert himself wrote.
PS: I decided to add a review...
After the store refused to guarantee me, I turned to consumer protection. I gave the shoes for an independent examination (for which I paid 140 rubles out of my pocket).
The examination confirmed the factory defect on four points!!! After that, I went back to the store with the conclusion (photo attached below). They silently gave the money for the shoes, for the examination only the next day.
I wrote an application to the administration for compensation for material and moral damage, but they ignored it.
The result is as follows:
1. In the most inopportune frosty period, I found myself with wet feet, froze and subsequently fell ill.
2. The store unsubscribed from the expert that the case was non-guaranteed (later they explained to me that it was just an inspection ACT... And in fact, an expert can write shit in it with impunity).
3. I had to spend a lot of my own personal time to prove it.
