So they told me in raised tones that they couldn't help me with anything but spray and icicles!!! That there are no antiviral drugs… It's just fear! There are no other words! At the pharmacy across the street, with a description of the same symptoms, they offered medicines that helped! And they did not try to be clever and express their opinion in a rude, raised tone.
