Update: the money was refunded. I transferred the money for the trial session. The coach did not come. I asked for a refund, but no, the prepayment is not refundable, we warned you, come back another day. But I don't want to come another day to a place where the coach doesn't show up for training. Service at the level of 👍 I understand perfectly well when the prepayment is not refunded due to the client's fault — it is absolutely justified. But the coach didn't come? Nonsense. Yes, there is no water cooler there either, it's not necessary at all for sports!

I loved the studio from the first lesson! Attentive instructors, polite administrators. A clean, beautiful room in which it is pleasant to be. Well, the classes themselves - just try it, I highly recommend it!

I don't recommend this place to anyone Look at 2gis how they deceive people and treat their customers very viciously! I bought a subscription from them, then quarantine began, and after quarantine they say it is necessary to buy a subscription again because mine is expired. It turns out that they do not specifically inform customers so that they re-buy season tickets! Neither the service was provided nor the money was returned.
