I just came to buy a certificate in the evening at 19 (the working hours are indicated everywhere until 20). The door was closed and a leaf was hung up (30 minutes break)
Since when it was not specified. For some reason, they indicated a phone number that no one wanted to pick up. Not a single number from the site was answered.I waited with interest until closing time. No one showed up. The question is why mislead with some interruptions and not answer calls.
The most interesting thing is that no one called back the next day.
I am glad that I did not buy someone such a "gift" with such an attitude towards customers.

The organization of the salon is at zero. They may forget about your record or say "wait half an hour" when you arrive at the appointed time. There are no massage therapists: a man does not give rest with moralizing about life, a girl barely rubs her soul in her body, a woman presses on the dots, telling how everything is clogged and neglected. The phone for recording may not be available, and Instagram replies take 2 days. During the massage, someone constantly enters the room, opening and closing the doors. Several cases made it clear that I would not return to this salon, I did not even leave the certificate presented to me, I could not force myself. And I don't advise you!

Yesterday I had a manicure in this "wonderful" salon. And just look at this beauty. Every single nail is crooked. Not only was the shape crookedly sawn off, but they also did not learn how to do alignment properly. There is a trace of the old coating on the index finger. In some places, the edges of the nail are not painted, the coating is made far from the cuticle, as if the manicure is already a week old. I've never seen such a terrible manicure in my life.

When I signed up for a facial massage, everything was fine, but by the date of the last massage session, the salon administrator started calling me and rescheduling the time, then an hour later, then later at my time. I didn't like it and canceled the massage. I went to another salon and completed the massage procedure there. It's not very pleasant, but the administrator's behavior is not very pleasant and how she talked to me afterwards. A very strange girl, does she work to scare away customers? At first, I got the impression of a nice girl.

I bought a subscription for 10 sessions of B-Flexy for 40 minutes and immediately scheduled 6 classes at a convenient time for me.Everything was fine with me and Nadezhda is an excellent specialist.The problem started when I canceled the 6th procedure for health reasons (everyone can suddenly get sick).On my next visit, the receptionist, Evgenia, categorically told me that I HAD TO wait until September 10! I have to complete my procedures because I am the only customer on B-Flexy and the salon does not benefit from renting the device.To be honest, I was amazed at the audacity with which all this was expressed to me, but I postponed the missed procedure at an inconvenient time for me so as not to conflict and not interrupt the frequency of visits.I just couldn't reschedule the 8th lesson for some reason unknown to me at a time convenient for me and because my schedule is loaded and I can't adjust to the salon in order to have time to depart my procedures before September 10, I took the money for the remaining 2 sessions and went to another salon where there are no such harsh conditions for clients and them We are glad.There's one thing I can't understand.:it seems that the salon is decent and in the city center, why is there such a low intellectual level of staff?
