The return trip from Minsk to Prague took 34 hours instead of the stated 26 hours. But that's not all. I would like to express my gratitude for the bus ride on the Krakow-Minsk route (the full Prague-Minsk route).
The bus arrived in advance and left a few minutes ahead of schedule.
The comfort of the bus is generally OK, but there were no nets for small things on the seats in front of me, while they were in other places. There were connectors for charging devices, but they are located so low that it is actually very difficult to use them if there is a passenger with legs wide apart, which evenly cover these connectors.
The Wi-fi worked well.
Sanitary stops were optimally frequent, once every 1-3 hours, which made it easier than usual to postpone this trip. Special thanks for that.
The drivers were polite, explained exactly where the toilet was before stopping, counted the passengers after each stop, and only then left.
I can also note that when checking in / receiving luggage, a baggage tag was issued/ collected. The suitcases were packed themselves and took into account the request to put a small suitcase so that it would not be set by large ones. Well done!

Almost all passengers paid for their tickets before boarding and did not receive any checks (including me). It's good that everything went well (I was ALLOWED to get on the bus), and there were people who booked tickets, but they were not on the lists. About the bus: this is a real barn on wheels - the seats creak, the seat covers are dirty, the sockets are scooped, the air conditioner barely works (we drove like in a shower stall), there is no wi-fi. One of the passengers was drunk, demonstratively drank beer at every stop, the bus stank terribly of fumes, the air conditioner barely worked. 11.06.22 we were supposed to take the Wroclaw-Minsk bus, but we were not allowed on the bus.
The tickets were purchased heavily in advance from an official intermediary (busfor). However, somehow we were not on the paper list of the driver, who told us, quote, "wipe yourself with these tickets," and did not even try to help us (and about 7-10 more people with exactly the same situation).
I don't know if it was a matter of broken communication between intermediaries and the office or in unreadable data or something else, this does not negate the fact that several people with tickets in their hands could not leave and did not even receive any advice/help from drivers who behaved in a rude disgusting way. They raised their voices, but in the end they just closed the door in front of people with tickets for this bus.
So before contacting this company when planning your trips, read the reviews and think a few times. I do not recommend repeating our experience to anyone.
If it were possible to put a minus number of stars, I would put it.

I called and ordered a ticket to Moscow from Minsk. A robot called within a day. Confirmed the reservation. I came and paid for it. Driven.
We were pleased with the usb connectors for charging the phone.
Some of the reviews are surprising. Someone was getting in the way of a drunk passenger. After half-dead buses with shift workers, when the floor of the bus is thumping, every half hour they pull the driver to the ambulance stop, this one seems like paradise.

I used the bus services of this company 2 times, the buses are comfortable, there are sockets for charging the phone, wi-fi. Drivers always carefully put things in the luggage compartment, hang tags with numbers on their bags, and give them out on arrival using these numbers

The company sells tickets for ramshackle buses. "International flights" without a toilet and without specifying seats. Even the name of the route cannot be specified accurately. I recommend not contacting them.

Before buying tickets for this carrier, read the reviews.
The drivers are uneducated louts.
It feels like they got on the flight in a drugged state. They quarrel with passengers, swear, behave inappropriately.
Guys, the 90s have been a long time. Business should be based on respect for people.
I hope this review will be useful for people who will buy tickets from this operator. There is a choice, take tickets from other carriers!

Again, before taking tickets, read the reviews.We took a direct flight from Odessa to Minsk.As a result, the transplant.From 3 am to 7-30 am waiting.At the same time, they said this before boarding the bus.the dispatcher assured that the bus was waiting in Kiev, and in the morning it turned out that the transfer was not indicated when buying, but this was an OMISSION of the TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT.And they warn you about the transfer if there is a question from the passenger.The result is 4.5 hours of waiting with a small child.

On August 18, the family was traveling from Minsk to Odessa. We specially chose a direct flight, but it turned out to have a transfer in Kiev at three nights, initially we chose places to sit next to the whole family, but in Kiev we were put in the back of the cabin.The trip couldn't have been worse....
