I was looking for a spare part on the Internet and this site came out, they wrote to the manager, they answered me, they found the VIN code, I ordered, I paid, since I would not be from Almaty, but from Zhambyl region, I agreed with the manager, called an indriver to their address, everything was transferred, I received everything was fine.
Then I thought I finally found a good spare parts store where you can order and buy everything. But as it happens, it is not always as rosy as we think.
I wrote to the manager, he found a new part for me using the VIN code, says yes, we can order it, I send the entire amount of money, I wait 18 days for the stated delivery time, I write to the manager, and the dialogue did not go immediately, the manager started to get nervous, there is no spare part of yours, I told you that there are none, what I emc will send a screenshot of the receipt where he indicates that there is in stock, I say well, if there is not, then return my money to me, with a scandal, he returned my money and blocked me, an inadequate seller, an unpleasant moment, a bad sediment remained about this store.

I am absolutely delighted with the store! I found the necessary original spare part here at a price one and a half times cheaper than the minimum price offered by other sellers, including the official dealer. The deadlines were announced 1-3 days, but received day to day.
Very user-friendly and intuitive website interface, attentive and polite managers. She asked me to send it by Yandex courier from the office - the managers previously shot a detailed video.
I didn't trust such sites before, but it's nice to dispel my own misconceptions).

They work clearly. They try to help with the choice. They double-check the issue responsibly. They work on Saturdays, so you can pick up your order. The only bad thing is that they do not notify you of the order receipt in any way except by mail. We could have sent a newsletter to WhatsApp automatically
