The menu says dishes, for example, cheesecakes with condensed milk, you order - they say there is no condensed milk (it was 17 o'clock) Okay, we just eat cheesecakes, after 10 minutes they say that they are not there either. You order a khachapuri boat, they carry it for 20 minutes. We came again, there was nothing at all! No cheesecakes, no pancakes, no casseroles, what are the kids eating? Or those who don't eat meat? It was also about 17 o'clock, the waitress said that it was for breakfast, so why is this not indicated on the menu?? Honey cake is just disgusting! The cakes look like cardboard! And this is the only cake on the menu! We won't come again.

Instead of homemade lemonade, a local bottled one is served, which contains only flavors.
The table in front of us hasn't even been wiped.
The toilet!!! across the street and not free (20 rubles), and these are holes in the floor.
In general, if you just want to eat, this is not the worst option.

We were passing through, we found out about the cafe by chance seeing a huge queue, but to our surprise, after 10 minutes we were already sitting at the table, this indicates the well-coordinated work of the staff. I don't understand these rave reviews at all. They write that it's fast, yes, of course it's fast. We were in this dining room twice, in 2021 and 2022. Cold food was brought both times. I had to ask both times to warm it up, the waiters took it and did it with a very dissatisfied look. Try to order a cutlet with pasta, and it will be brought to you cold or slightly warm.
Many people write that it is cheap, it is one of the most expensive establishments.
The waiters have sullen faces all the time, it feels like they hate you, just because you came to their place at all.
In 2021, there was a huge queue at the dining room, we stood for 20 minutes, we thought that there would be something cool, but it turned out to be complete nonsense.
