Octagonal towers are monuments of industrial architecture built in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. One of them was built in 1890, the other in 1905. Their construction was connected with the creation of the city's first water supply system on the initiative of the All-Russian Joint-Stock Water Company. In 1982, the vodokanal transferred the towers to the Grodno regional organization of the NGO "Belarusian Union of Artists".
In this tower, on the ground floor, there is a wonderful sculptor and man named Vladimir Panteleev.

The South tower was built by the Germans in 1916. Its facades are more restrained in architecture. Skirting boards, shoulder blades, cornices and belts. It is divided into two tiers. Initially, she performed her direct role. The artists' workshops are now located here.
The name Kasia on the maps is conditional; in fact, no one knows exactly which one is Kasia and which is Basia.
