We rested at the Waterfall hotel in October, very convenient location, close to many attractions.the sea is 15 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The food is good, the food is delicious. Friendly staff at the reception, in the dining room, maid on the 4th floor. Of the cons, there were no shelves in the shower stall. I really enjoyed relaxing at this time of the year, we managed to swim and sunbathe.We read horror stories about rotovirus, but everything was fine., we bought food on the street, had lunch in a cafe, swam in the sea and in the pool, we didn't pick up anything. We plan to come to Abkhazia again next year, but we already want to see and live in Sukhum. I wonder if there is a hotel there from this owner? Thanks to the hotel staff for a pleasant stay.

A good boarding house. The location is great, everything is nearby. The hotel has its own beach - free sun beds and umbrellas. The food is good, everything is delicious. For breakfast there are two porridges, sausages, omelette, curd cheese, butter and very tasty cottage cheese! Dinner - soup, two side dishes, stewed pork or chicken breast in sour cream, pilaf, salad and pastries. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, linen and towels are snow-white.

I liked the hotel, it is well located, in the very center of New Athos! There are many sights of the city within walking distance. Friendly staff, excellent food, always varied and delicious food. The rooms are cleaned at a high level, the water supply is always replenished, weekly change of bed linen, but we were changed more often, frequent change of towels! The room itself is quite cozy, modest, but comfortable. There are minor flaws in the equipment in the rooms - the lack of shower gels, shampoos, beach towels! But these nuances are quickly solved and so petty that of course they could not spoil our vacation! The pool is always clean, the water in it is invigorating, but after the hot sun you really want to plunge into it, the children did not get out for hours! The sea is gorgeous, there were always enough sun loungers, but there are no umbrellas. If it's too late to come to the sea, there are only sun loungers without shelter, so I advise you to come before 10.00 am. I recommend taking an individual excursion to Lake Ritsu! A wonderful driver and guide Roman! I had a very interesting tour, even the children listened and waited for the continuation. I definitely recommend it!
