Hello, I signed up for a manicure.I drove through the whole city, arrived on time, the administrator called the master to me so as not to apologize for her joints herself, and she, in turn, began to apologize and say that she could not accept me, well, only after an hour.I asked why the admin didn't warn me on the phone?There was no clear answer.The question is, what is my fault?why should the master apologize for the work of the administrator, and I should be the last one.They didn't come up with anything better than banning me....be vigilant when encountering this institution.
