I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the attentive, polite and hardworking staff of the Voyage Hotel. Excellent service, cozy, clean, comfortable. I would like to note that all the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's nice when people treat their business with all their hearts. They helped me book tickets to the Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater, order goods with delivery to the hotel, and explained the transport routes (they gave me a map). We were very pleased with the delicious and hearty breakfasts in the hotel cafe - the warm and homely atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi with good speed. I say a huge thank you to each and every employee of the hotel for a wonderful stay. Thanks to their work, the rest turned out to be:

Price and quality! It was planned in advance by a large children's team for several days. The rooms are lovely, clean, refrigerator, TV, shower,hairdryer, toilet, WiFi everywhere. But the only drawback was that there were no disposable shampoos and gels. But it was possible to buy at the reception at a very pleasant price. But only in large volume.Very good staff, friendly. There is a cafe on the 1st floor, very convenient. The stop is across the street, to get by bus or trolleybus to the center, you need to walk a little to the metro. In general, we are very satisfied!

The hotel is good. It's not far from the subway. From the hotel you can drive further to the Water Park and other interesting places. I didn't really like that there was no food at all. There is a cafe at the hotel, but it does not work. I was sent to eat in the canteen of a nearby company located five minutes away (Sveto-device) or something like that. I don't know if there's any breakfast there, I didn't order it. But the nearby building is a sports complex where you can swim and do fitness training.

It is very brittle, you have to constantly fix it while standing in the shower. Everything is clean, tidy, plumbing is working, nothing is leaking anywhere. For 2* it is very decent. The room has 2 glass glasses, two plates, 2 forks, 2 teaspoons. We didn't have a refrigerator. The balcony is large. Refrigerator, microwave and ironing board at the reception. There is a cooler with water on the floor, it is very hot, coffee and tea are brewed calmly. I took a boiler with me, I never used it, there was enough water from the cooler. Very good Wi-Fi. The neighbors did not interfere, our room was quiet, in September we slept with an open balcony. Very attentive and responsible staff. They respond to any requests immediately. On the 1st floor of the cafe, there we had breakfast included in the package, well, at home I don't eat so much at 7 a.m., a lot and satisfying, high-quality, thanks to the hostess of the cafe! There is a Euroopt store around the corner, you can buy a snack for the evening in it, I bought fruits and juices there, the Mir card works everywhere, I didn't even change the money. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, even on the balcony, there are cameras everywhere, there is a small garden at the hotel with benches, you can smoke there. There are 3 towels in the room for each: bath, face, foot, change after 3 days. The linen and towels are clean, white, and the pillows are comfortable. Trolleybuses and buses stop nearby, the metro is a 15-minute walk away, everything is convenient.

I am writing this review while staying at this hotel. If you decide to stay at this hotel, then stock up on earplugs, the audibility is simply amazing. The neighbors' words, spoken a little louder than a whisper, are audible without any distortion. The room and bathroom are cold. The furniture and plumbing are already tired, the sofa is worn, the bed creaks. We were unlucky, at the same time a crowd of children with escorts from Tula lived in the hotel with them. Perhaps this is the way it is done in this wonderful city, but on the first day adults drank all night, and the second night the children screamed. The cafe at the hotel was not ready for such a large number of guests and there was no way to buy food in it. Of the advantages, I want to highlight the staff: the administrators are very friendly, all issues were resolved promptly.

My husband and I liked it. We came for a day. We added this hotel to our piggy bank of good places. Clean, warm, comfortable. Fresh renovation. Own parking. The staff is very friendly. There is a bus stop nearby, a 10-15-minute walk from the Kuntsevshchyna metro station. The prices are pleasant. In the adjacent FOZ building, you can swim in the pool if desired. There is also a dining room next to it, where they feed quite well. (first, second, salad and compote).

Clean and quiet, friendly staff. In a small cafe, a hearty hot breakfast is served from 7 am. The cafe is open until 6 pm. Near the hotel there is a grocery store and a public transport stop, within walking distance of the metro station and the market. Of the minuses, except that there was only liquid soap in the shower, but this is not critical, it's still better to have your own shampoo. I recommend.

In fact, the hotel would not recommend a maximum to spend the night for a long stay if you came to Belarus on vacation. Let's start with the main thing that I didn't like, inside the hotel "sovok sovkom" when you stop by, you will immediately understand this. There are no disposable slippers in the room, as usually happens, there is no dental kit (toothbrush, toothpaste) they offer to buy at the reception downstairs, but there is only a separate brush and a separate paste. There is no trash can, only in the bathroom and a very small one. There is not even an elementary spoon for shoes, but there are 2 clothes brushes in the closet at once, nonsense! The bed felt as if it had sagged, one of the sconces above the bed hangs crookedly. The forks are curved and aluminum. The refrigerator is so roomy that if you took 2 liters of water and food with you on the road, it won't fit into it. And we ordered a superior double room, when asked what would be better there, they said a bed. In general, the guys need to fix and change a lot of things, especially since the hotel is located in Minsk and just a couple of kilometers from the city center.

If you are looking for an inexpensive but acceptable option, definitely not here. There is something to compare it with, but even with a stretch, the hotel does not pull 3 stars.
1. Broken bathroom shelf for shampoos/gels
2. Tap water smells very strange.
3. No disposable slippers, toothbrushes, pastes
4. There is no second blanket (there are blankets), but a duvet cover for an additional fee
5. There is no kettle in the room, there are water coolers on the floor, where there is no hot water at all, there are no cups
6. Toilet paper is the cheapest
7. The rooms are cold
8. The bed is hard, the pillows need to be replaced, the filler is crumpled
9. The room looks good, but requires improvements, the baseboards are all scuffed
10. The TV is microscopic, and a person with normal eyesight can't really watch anything from a bed.
