The gazebo needed to be glazed. I wanted to make it before winter, so one of the criteria was timing. I didn't really choose, because my friends advised me to contact All Windows. I called the measurer, he came and measured everything, discussed the installation issues, and offered multi-glass. Signed an agreement.
We met the deadlines, the installation was done in one day, although the volume was not small. My husband and I were satisfied with everything and we paid off.
However, it was not without shoals. Two days later, my husband noticed that one door did not open well (to open it, you need to push the next door a little to the side) and the handle was loose.
The husband filmed everything on video and sent it to them. About 1-2 days, I don't remember exactly anymore, we were given the answer that the production had confirmed the defect on the handle, and they would come to the door and fix the problem. They said it happens at doors with solid glass, and they'll come and glue and adjust it. About a week later, the same guys who put up the windows arrived. They fixed everything and left. It's been 4 months since then and everything is working as it should. In the end, we do not regret that we turned to them and advise all our friends.

Review of the company's work
The windows were installed on 11/21/2025. There are no questions about the windows themselves — I understand that the company does not manufacture them. The measurer arrived, took measurements, but after installation there were problems: on the one hand, the indentation from the wall was 3 cm (which corresponds to the standards for foaming), and on the other hand — 8 cm. I did not receive an answer to the question of why this happened, they only assured me that everything would be fixed and everything would be fine. The trim turned out to be smaller — I had to paste an additional one.
Two days later, moisture began to appear on the drywall due to the rain, and when I called, they told me that they would come to fix it. From the outside, the trim had come off, and water was seeping into the cracks. I unscrewed the drywall and found that the corner was poorly foamed; the wind was blowing. After contacting me, I was promised that they would come with a trim and give me a penny.
It took 10 days, and they really arrived — they installed the right size trim and applied foam twice to the problem areas. They said everything would be fine now, but the wind kept blowing. They assured me that the foam needed time to expand, and left. The next day, the whiff did not stop — I called again, and they told me that they would come to fix the problem.
Almost 2 months have passed since then, and the problem has not been solved. Moreover, they never called back to warn about the impossibility of the visit. As a result, another organization fixed the problem.
I do not advise contacting this company if you value your time and the quality of your work.

We were satisfied with the windows and the work. The cottage has become much more comfortable, and the rooms stay warm longer (this was especially noticed in recent frosts). It has become very convenient to wash windows, very practical and beautiful!
