They changed rubles, the employee evaluated all the bills very meticulously, rejected a lot, like crumpled, torn (at sas exchange points they did not look at it at all). The terminal for withdrawing money from the card does not work, for some reason it remains unanswered.. in general, the staff is not very friendly.

My ticket was missed twice in the queue! The system ignored it. That's why I spent more than an hour in the bank. I approached the administrator twice with this question. Twice!!! And until I started protesting out loud, my questions were ignored!!!
