Very long service. We were ready according to the reviews that 1 window is working. And so it turned out. They changed rubles, the employee evaluated all the bills very meticulously, rejected a lot, like crumpled, torn (at sas exchange points they did not look at it at all). The terminal for withdrawing money from the card does not work, for some reason it remains unanswered.. in general, the staff is not very friendly.

Competent and responsive specialists. They told me everything and helped me figure out the exchange rate of volutes. They helped to withdraw money from an ATM (there were nuances that needed to be sorted out)

My ticket was missed twice in the queue! The system ignored it. That's why I spent more than an hour in the bank. I approached the administrator twice with this question. Twice!!! And until I started protesting out loud, my questions were ignored!!!
And then it turned out that in one bank branch they told me some conditions for account withdrawal, but this one is completely different. In general, a bad bank!!!
