I received a card and paid AMD 5,000 for annual maintenance. I'm happy, I'm waiting for the card to be released.
They released a map and then it turns out:

- transfer to the account - only a RA
I bought a card for 5000 AMD, which I can't even pay for online.
The mobile application is almost empty and it is buggy. ATMs are buggy.
The offices are open: on weekdays until 17, on Saturday until 14, and on Sunday - a day off. Queues of 40 minutes (fortunately there is an electronic queue)

Very slow employees and long hours. The feeling that they are under something. I sat for 50 minutes waiting for someone to serve me. There are 16 windows and only 2-3 windows are working. VTB Administration can you increase the staff??? And then 3 windows out of 16 are somehow not to the liking of adequate and business people.
