Disgusting branch, disgusting bank. Weekday is the middle of the week, 3 out of 10 windows are open, and customers are served for a very long time. I came without an appointment, just in a live queue. When I arrived, there were at most 4 people in the queue, now there are 20 people in the queue, and I still haven't been called. I've been sitting here for 1 hour and 40 minutes and I don't know how long I'll be sitting there. The girl at the front desk said that it was because people who come by appointment are in priority and my turn is being pushed back. But there is a vicious circle here, they work slowly, and there are only 3 windows, and people come and come, some by appointment, some not, and my coupon is getting further and further away from the call.... in Armenia, I visited many banks and came to VTB for the first time. I'VE NEVER SEEN WORSE SERVICE THAN HERE! come to Ameria or IDBank, all the windows are always open and even a queue of 40 people will be scattered in 40 - 60 minutes.

If it were possible to put -1 star, then I would put it.
We waited an hour for our turn, but we did not receive the service. It is unclear how they are being called! All windows are responsible for all services, there is no structuring in the work, employees are distracted during maintenance, which increases the service time of one client to an hour!
Don't come here if you don't want to lose the most precious thing you have - time!

I read terrible reviews and postponed a visit to the bank until the last. I went to transfer money via Unistream. I took a ticket for 16:15 at EarlyOne while I was walking to the bank. I took the ticket, the number appeared on the screen somewhere at 16:20. By 16:45, we had already made 2 money transfer transactions and waited until they came to the card. Maybe it would have turned out faster, but I was in the bank for the first time and my information was filled out. In general, everything takes the same amount of time as in any other bank. I will use it.
