The commission for replenishment of the account in Russian rubles is 15%, it is only to put cash rubles into a ruble account. The transfer to Russia itself is rubles, with a small commission, but try to put these rubles for 15% of the commission or convert tenge into rubles. The exchange rate is much worse than the exchanger. Currently, Kontakt charges less than 1% commission for a transfer to the Russian Federation.
