I would like to leave you a review. I've never left reviews before, but I decided here anyway. To begin with, when I entered the salon, no one met me until I approached myself. The master didn't even introduce herself. I came specifically for a cold blonde and so that there was not a large indentation from the roots, I even showed a photo, as a result, the master HERSELF DECIDED that she would make me a cold shade from above, and a warm and large indentation from below, the consumables came out more, I had to pay a large amount. I do not mind the money for a good coloring, but specifically my wishes were not heard and everything was done as the master herself wanted. Moreover, I did the coloring specifically for my wedding and warned the master about it!! The master pulled out her hair with a comb so much that she had a headache for another 3 days. No service, mats in front of me, discussion of personal stories, clients, neither coffee nor tea were offered. Yes, even a glass of water in 5 hours. Although she ran, drank coffee and ate. It's just a terrible lack of respect and attitude. I won't come anymore, I won't advise my friends. I hope you read this and don't let it happen again.

I did the coloring in this salon. She showed a video with a delicate pink hair color. I sat in the salon for 5-6 hours. I gave away 230 rubles. She came out of the salon red-haired. To all my complaints, they say that it was only for a week. Does it make sense to give such money if they are dyed before the first washing of the head? A certain Olga did the coloring, consulted with the owner of the salon.

I constantly go to Master Arina for a haircut. After a haircut, only positive emotions and a boost of energy remain! The result is magnificent from time to time. I've never been misunderstood about what kind of haircut I want. A very sensitive and attentive specialist. The quality of work is always at the highest level.
From the pleasant: coffee or tea is constantly offered. During the time I spend in the studio, we managed to find out that I only drink caffeine-free. I was pleasantly surprised when they made this coffee for me.

Positive:
1. Location in the city center;
2. In principle, I was satisfied with the result of coloring;
3. There were no allergic reactions to dyes. It is important.
4. Not expensive, the prices of an ordinary barbershop.
And now about the cons and why I no longer plan to visit this studio:
1. The master just pulls out the hair! It hurts! It's a shame to take care of your hair and see how the master indifferently pulls wet hair with a comb to such an extent that shreds remain on it! hair.
2. The masters are not customer-oriented and not attentive. They never asked me if the water was hot when washing my hair. And the water was hot. Everyone has a different sensitivity threshold and the master should definitely be interested in this, and not wait for the client to yell. In addition, as you know, you should not wash your hair with hot water.
3. The master did not give advice on the care of bleached hair. The questions were answered briefly or even "forgotten" about them. Painted - money- on the way out. Well, such a conveyor.
4. The masters allow themselves to discuss the client who came to the consultation...with another client in another room. Not beautiful and not professional!
5. Coffee is not offered, only tea. Well, such a thing when planning to spend at least 3-4 hours in the salon. Thanks for not being green) There should be a choice for the client. The lack of coffee beans in the studio shows your level. Of course, you can not offer anything, well, then do not be proudly called a color Studio, as I understand it, the only one in the city. For the record.
6. The name, as I mentioned in paragraph 5, is with a claim to the quality of services, but the service is very lame. The studio is located in the most ordinary apartment, removed from the housing stock, the most ordinary apartment building. With the most ordinary repairs. As for me, an ordinary hairdresser is within walking distance. No more.
I hope that the management of this studio will listen to the view from the outside and will try to become better. Better than an ordinary barbershop. You have enough skill for this, I wish it to be ennobled by a layer of professionalism!

I really like the girls' relationships, attentiveness, individual approach. I have very problematic hair (burned in another salon), there was a lot of hair loss. I came to Master Arina, she approached my problem very tactfully, listened, advised me what to do, told me about home care, and was very pleased with the result. Now I come here regularly, besides, they always offer my favorite coffee beans. I recommend❤

Before graduation, the daughters decided to use the hairstyle-makeup service. There are no complaints about the hairdresser, but after the makeup artist, the child arrived in dark glasses and tears. From a sweet, modest girl, she was turned into a vulgar, rude aunt. Moreover, it has nothing to do with makeup in the proposed photo... And this is an hour before the event. I had to wash everything off. The holiday was ruined. And my daughter, I think, will not soon use the services of a master of this kind.

Maybe I got to the wrong master, if it's a master at all. She asked me to do a minor hair highlighting and a haircut. As a result, it was dyed an irresistible yellow color and more than half of the hair was burned. At the same time, the highlighting service for my not at all long hair lasted 3 hours! After the haircut, the question crept in, did this "hairdresser" study somewhere? I spent 4 hours in this salon, paid 104 rubles and left in tears. One thing is reassuring, that the hair will grow back.
