It was a terrible hotel, untidy and dirty, don't believe the booking review, the spa had a disgusting, unpleasant smell, and there was a constant feeling of disgust. The curtains were wrinkled, the mirrors were dark and you couldn't see anything in them, and the bathroom mirror didn't have an outlet to dry your hair. There was mold in the bathroom. The hotel has been in need of at least cosmetic repairs for a long time.

A great hotel, cozy, located in the elite, quiet Nisantasi district of Istanbul. Osmanbey metro station is within walking distance, it is easy to get to the main attractions of the city. The Dolma Bakhche Museum Complex can be reached on foot. The hotel has friendly, friendly staff, a continental breakfast from 8.00-15.00, a cozy spa area.

We had a rest in August 2022. Great location 8 minutes from Osmanbey metro station on foot. Despite the proximity to a noisy street, the hotel is quiet. With the windows closed, there are no calls to prayer from nearby mosques. There were no balconies or loggias in our room, but I would like to. Polite staff, solve all issues quickly and efficiently, there is Parking for a fee of € 6 per day. Daily room cleaning, clean bath accessories, gels, shampoos, balms are constantly being updated. The rooms have air conditioning and refrigerators, wardrobes, hangers, TV. Of the disadvantages, there is no place to dry things (towels after the sea, for example). You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a swimming pool, hammam, sauna. Out of 10, a solid 10. The price corresponds to the quality.

The rooms are small but cozy.Not a very convenient location if you don't know the city well.Ideal for shopping, all the best shops of the city are within a 10-minute walk, starting from Chanel and ending with Zara.Very helpful staff, delicious breakfasts.We had a great time.Thanks!Let's go back again.
