I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this store!!! We read Alexander Pleskachevsky's review of August 20, 2024 very late and found ourselves in a similar situation. They deliver defective goods, and then refuse to fulfill warranty obligations. We ordered an original cartridge for the office in the canon lapper. The price is not small. It was packed in a box and just a plastic container without any other protection of the parts from damage. They opened it and put it in the absence of a courier, which turned out to be a big mistake. The cartridge turned out to be defective. I printed a black mark all over the sheet every 2.5 cm. Upon further careful inspection of the cartridge, a dark spot was noticed on the rubber roller. We contacted the warranty department Algo.by . An employee of the department asked to send a photo of the warranty card and a photo of the cartridge and concluded from the photo that this was a mechanical damage and it was done during unpacking or installation. During the 4 days of correspondence with the department, we were not even asked to pick up the goods for inspection! This is just a DECEPTION of buyers! I strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY goods in this store, or unpack, carefully inspect and check the goods in the presence of a courier with mandatory fixation on video.

It's been 20 days since I gave it to the courier, silence. I call myself, they answer: everything is fine, your registrar was repaired today - tomorrow they will bring it to the store, and then we will send it to you in Gomel... I understand, they will bring it as slowly as possible, I was worried, I will leave the other day, I will not be in the country, I need a good new DVR on the road and I do not need 10 times soldered equipment, because I indicated a replacement or refund in the act.
