When we come to Armenia, we always visit this water park. Clean, cozy, warm, transparent water. Sun beds under awnings. There are a lot of rescuers, they are not distracted, they strictly monitor the children. There is a luggage room. The locker rooms are open, I personally don't like it, women are women, but I'm not comfortable. It is better to leave an hour or half an hour earlier, so that you do not crowd into the queue later. The price is acceptable. There is a strange policy at the bar near the entrance. That is, I order, for example, chips, soda and coffee, and they charge me 10% for the service. What kind of nonsense is this? I came myself, I paid for it, I took it myself. You can't seem to do it with your own, bags are selectively checked at the entrance.

Firstly, there is a limited number of pools (in 20 years we have not been able to expand the territory and water entertainment options). It is assumed that the water park is intended primarily for children, but for some reason the cafe offers exclusively alcoholic beverages. Well, the cherry on the cake- thieves are wielding and will gladly take away something left on the sunbed, they will not even disdain to climb into their pockets. The administration, of course, does not bear any responsibility.

We've been here three summers in a row, and the condition of the pools, sun loungers and other equipment is getting worse and worse every year. It's really sad this year. Garbage can float in the water, and it feels like a greasy plaque remains on the hands after the water, as if the water was not cleaned overnight (we were in the morning). There is a black plaque on the edge of the pool. The bottom is cracked and peeling.
The deck chairs are very dirty, it was a pity to spoil your towel.
They were not allowed to swim into the depths of the pool with a child in the circle.
One children's slide is dry and hot all the time, no one wet it.
If you do not invest in reconstruction, then you can at least pay attention to hygiene.

There are different tariffs at the entrance, VIP and simple, it makes no sense to pay for VIP since you can lie anywhere. With a VIP pass, the only bonus is a visit to the Jacuzzi in a separate tent.
The usual cost is 7,000 drams per adult.
The water is clean, the temperature is like in a river. You do not need to carry cash with you, you can replenish the bracelet, which will be given at the entrance. The locker rooms are disgusting, there is no hair dryer, wet benches, you can't close and change clothes separately, and even worse, my husband saw a camera in the men's locker room. I asked the staff if she was working or not, and they said yes. In Russia, this is already an article! And here they say: "what's the big deal. Everything is the same for everyone" 🤦♀️
There are no lockers for clothes, as soon as you change, go to the reception and put things in the basket, which the girls clean, her number is fixed to your bracelet and it costs 200 drams. The food is not like in the pictures, I asked for a burger with chicken (a good piece is drawn, in breadcrumbs) in fact, a huge piece of bread with a thin piece of cheese, tomato, chicken cut as thinly as cheese and a few cucumbers. There are small slides and two shallow pools for children. The depth in the large is up to 1.8 meters.
The sunbeds are not the first freshness, I personally did not go to bed without a towel.

I highly do not recommend this place! The locker room is tiny and shared, everyone changes clothes on the bench. You can put things in the luggage room for a fee. You can take things if you forgot something only 1 time! You can't take any snacks with you, bags are checked. There are several cafes and eateries on the territory where only infernal fast food is sold, if you are allergic or just don't eat such filth, you will have to starve. There are only 5 slides!!! Plus one paid one. This is in addition to the fact that they have already paid for admission. On two slides out of 5, you need a cheesecake to ride. Her rent costs another 5000dram per day and another 2000dram deposit for her. Or you can stand in line for 30-60 minutes for a free cheesecake to ride 1 time. The stitches on the slides are terrible, we skinned all our backs. The water in the pools is incredibly cold, it's not like swimming there, you don't even want to go in. A waste of time and money! In general, I liked it, the slides are interesting, the territory is in good condition. It is definitely worth going here once.
But there are a lot of wild cons. For example, to ride cheesecakes, you need to buy them for rent already inside the park for 7000 AMD. There are no cells for storing valuables. Instead, there is a basket format that you can take only once during the day. The park opens at 11:00 but the slides start working only at 14:00. At the same time, the slides alternate, one part is working, the other part is closed at this time.
The artificial wave is launched only once a day for a couple of minutes. In short, savings are everywhere here.

THE WATER IS ICY EVERYWHERE!!! The child, who is a fan of water, got out to warm himself after the first dip. After 3-4 minutes, he already had blue lips. Adults mostly walked with their children under the scorching sun without dipping.
In the children's area, one straight slide with mushrooms at the entrance worked all the time, from which the water fell so powerfully that the son was hurt by these streams from above.
There were also slides in one of the pools - the streams from above were even more powerful there. Even I was in pain. Everyone avoided these slides.
There were three more slides, which we thought were broken, but they were turned on at 15 o'clock. For an hour!! At the request of the parents of a guy about 10 years old, who was small for the rest of the children, but still could not go to the adult slides.
The guy left - they were turned off.
They were turned back on only at the request of other parents.
Food in bars - fries, hot dog, sandwich. At the same time, you can not take anything with you except water.
There is no Wi-Fi.
There is an uncovered wet tile in the toilet.
We didn't ride the adult slides, but when we arrived, they didn't turn on for a while. Apparently, they were waiting for more people to come. So if you came to the opening on purpose so as not to stand in queues, the water park will outplay you.
I'm sure even if the water were warmer, the water park would be much more popular.

It's dirty, poor, shabby in places, but the water park performs its functions. The slides themselves are normal, fun.
There are paid slides, there are non-working ones. There are free cheesecakes (single, double and triple), but you have to stand in line, there are paid ones - rent and ride without expectations.
There is a free bungee.
Everything is fine with the toilets, surprisingly. The nicest cleaner is in the middle of the complex on the way to the slides.
A large children's area, an adult large swimming pool, the water is cold there. There are a lot of sun loungers, there is always a free one.
The women's locker room is just ah. The hustle, the dirt, and then you wash and undress on each other's heads. Things in the luggage storage baskets can be handed over to the cloakroom grannies for an additional 200 drams, or you can take them with you on a chaise longue.
If you want to eat, then at the very beginning you need to throw money on an electronic bracelet: there is a deposit system, but not a payment in advance. 10% of the service fee is included in the bill, calculate in advance.
At 18.15, they begin to send them out over the loudspeaker, at 18.30 all slides are turned off.
In general, it will work. Children (and inner children) will roll into the trash, and the rest of the norms can be rested in the lounge area with pools.

He's going to bomb it right now. It's a terrible place, they gave 32,000 drams for 4 people. If anything, it's 2,000 rubles for one. The result: there were only 6 bagels. 2 for one , two and three people. To ride the terrible roller coasters, you had to wait 10 minutes, given that occupancy was low. And if you want to ride as much as you want, then try bagels. There is also a paid slide, after giving two pieces I still have to pay for a bagel. The only good thing was the buffet. Comparing the water park in Burgas (Bulgaria) for 3k rubles, you can ride anything you want. There are more than 5 very dangerous slides instead of 1 in Armenian and bagels are lying on every corner. That is all.

Payment for all paid services is carried out through a bracelet, which you need to put money on in advance.
At 14:00, the rest of the slides opened. 2 slides with cheesecakes and 2 without.
There were 3 queues for cheesecakes for slides, one for those who need a triple cheesecake, the other for those who need a double and the last for a single cheesecake.
There was also a queue on the cheesecake slides themselves.
If you do not want to stand in line for cheesecakes, you can rent them, we did not take advantage of this opportunity, so we do not know all the subtleties.
We visited the water park on Thursday, the queues were tolerable.
Overall, the impressions are good, I liked everything, the rest of the money that was on the bracelet was returned to us in cash.

Owners should seriously think about the service , starting with queues at the ticket offices , where , for example , two paths lead to one ticket office and people start to get confused and argue which of them was the first : either put stewards who will control the queue , or organize a logical and understandable passage for everyone . Next, a three-piece when changing clothes - what are the baskets for which you need to pay?? include them in the price when buying - it takes a lot of time , the locker room obviously can 't cope with such a flow of people , there is a natural crush . There are very few areas for beds, the staff places them very sluggishly, some people wear them themselves almost from the ticket offices and this is under the scorching sun !!!
And as many wrote - very dilapidated inventory, it stands out separately on a bungee ( I think the owners should pay special attention to this - it's just not safe!!!).
Bars obviously can't handle so many people.
Friends, hire understanding people in this business who could train the staff and organize the work of the complex at the appropriate level for international tourism , otherwise it's just disgusting!((

There were 6 of us. The service is terrible, the locker room is a nightmare. We put things in storage, but forgot to tell the child, came back to us, swore, and said don't come anymore, you can't take anything. The locker room and the storage system are pretty poor - they give you a basket for money, you put everything in it and give it to the janitor, there is no locker of your own that you can climb into whenever you want. But the pools and slides are good, there is a bungee. The deck chairs under the awning are surrounded by loud screaming speakers, that is, you can't lie quietly in the shade there. But there are sun beds between the pools, without canopies/awnings/umbrellas, it's quieter there.

And yes, you will not pay with a card or cash, there are special bracelets that money is credited to, although after the last purchase I asked to check the account - 5400AMD, and at the exit they gave 5000AMD, yes, the money is not big, but I got dissatisfaction with the question "And 400 drams?". At the food court, at the beginning, they charge 10% for the service, although there was no service at all, they didn't even give me a water tube. The pools definitely need repairs, the paint has peeled off. The water is getting cold! In all pools, even the children's pool, it is warmer only by 17-18 o'clock. Slides for children above 119 cm are closed until 14.15 o'clock, then you can go to any. If you go a little further, to the high slides, then almost everything needs a raft, which you can either rent with a deposit for the whole day, or stand in line for free. You can't rent towels, just buy them. They close at 19:00, but you have to leave at 18:30. I attached a photo of their rules. Two stars for the slides and rescuers) The price / quality does not match at all. We have been to places of the same level, but the service is 100 times better than this park. We definitely won't come here anymore.

I went to the water park on Aug 13, 22. One.
Entrance is 8 etc. (all additional payments on the territory are accepted only from bracelets, pm you need to immediately put money on the bracelet for all purchases with a reserve. not spent will be returned later)
The box in the storage room is 200 d.
Single tubing - 3t.d. (+ a deposit of 2t.d. then returned)
I spent all the time on the slides, so I tell you about them.
The main group consists of 4 slides. 2 for tubing, 2 without tubing. Slides are normal. Slides that are quite fresh without tubing, joints are practically not felt when riding.
There were no special queues (and I was on almost the hottest Saturday), but I had a rented tubing. People really stood in line for free tubing for quite a long time, I recommend taking it.
Queues on the slides themselves were handled normally, everyone who tried to get through without a queue was politely sent to the end. The staff are all polite and positive.
The most time was spent waiting for the children in front of you to drag a large (2x or 3-seater) tubing upstairs, but there's no getting away from it)
Kamikaze slide is not particularly steep, because it was quite comfortable to ride here (there was no enema effect).
The krylia slide is paid (one descent is 300 meters). the scariest and for the first time I saw that such slides were allowed on single tubing (perhaps that's why it was so creepy).
Bungee is cool, I've never met anyone like that before.
The sun loungers were free in the sun, I was not looking for them in the shade.
The water in the basques near the slides is not heated, but it's good when you relax in the "rolled-out" format.
I haven't been to big (with a wave) and children's basques, I don't know how it is there (but I believe that the water is not heated there either, I'm not sure that children will be very comfortable splashing there).
The cafes are ordinary, the prices are the same.
Of the obvious disadvantages, everything is quite complicated (slides are normal). The paint is peeling, the tile is walking under your feet and mud is splashing out from under it, the concrete steps on the slides are cracked and crumbs are kicking your feet.
The toilet on site is quite dirty.
Results:
Overall, I enjoyed the visit. It may have been said that before the trip I read bad reviews, and went with low expectations, but the reality turned out to be quite OK.
Coral slippers will greatly enhance the quality of your stay here. (I didn't bring them with me and thought about them at every podium).
At 18 the sun disappeared, at 19 the Yerevan wind rose and there was nothing left to do. At 19:30, the park was declared closed.
