The irresponsible attitude of the employees!!!!
They set a time for us, and upon arrival (even earlier than necessary)- they reported that this time will not be enough for the check, because the doctor's working day is ending!
What kind of records are these?? We were driving on Fri, during rush hour and with an infant!!!
As a result: no examination results, no ordered glasses…

The salon staff is excellent, the ophthalmologist, in my opinion, is exactly in his place, but when receiving the ordered glasses he was very disappointed, at a price of 250 rubles. the lenses were in some kind of crumbs, this immediately alerted, on further inspection there were some particles between the frame and the lens, the lens itself was not even polished properly which is visible to the naked eye. They promised to redo it, but I can no longer believe in the successful outcome of the purchase.

I am disappointed with this center. They sold glasses with a defective frame. To return the entire amount to the application, they do everything not to return the money. I thought that now there is no such thing, that the centers are customer-oriented. It is a pity that the administration is engaged in making money, and not solving the problems of its clients. I have never written bad reviews anywhere, but in this case, it is very disappointing that a large amount of money earned by my work flew into the trash. I do not recommend it.

A nice modern salon. A large selection of frames. The doctor takes it, gives out a prescription for free if you order a frame in the salon. They will help you choose both the frame and the lenses. Parking nearby is only paid. If you are without a car, it is convenient to look wherever you go.

There is no information on availability or absence on the site. If there are no lenses, they are simply not added to the cart, and there are no notifications. It all looks like something broke on the site.
There are promotions on the site that offer quantity discounts. At the same time, there are no recalculations in the basket. I didn't find any information about how the promotion is applied on the site either.
They respond in a live chat reluctantly. In the end, I couldn't order anything.

The low cost of the master's work and, surprisingly, glasses with photochromic (!) coating. By the way, if you really liked the frame in sunglasses, there is a chance to put lenses there in place of glasses. It was the same with me.
It was very nice to buy expensive Persol glasses with a 50% discount :)

I visited Yulia Kravtsova's doctor, I believe that there is no worse WDL doctor, a person has no tact at all. The recipe was chosen incorrectly. And no one explained to me at the reception that with such a prescription for vision, I would not see well. I think the doctor should unlearn again in order to write the right prescriptions. I also ordered the frame here, the frame was good, I recommend it.

On 25.08, I contacted a call center specialist with a question about the delivery time of contact lenses. This was my key question, I was assured that I would not wait more than 2 weeks for the order. I made an appointment to see a specialist again for a vision check and lens selection. At the appointed time (the recording was at 18:30), I arrived, where I was told that I would wait at least 2 months for the order. As a result, I wasted my time because of the misinformation of a call center specialist. There have been two calls to you this day, both with sad results. I never write reviews, but this time it was out of the ordinary!

Therefore, I want to supply this salon with 5 because of the wide range of frames (there is both an average price segment and more expensive branded models) and the wonderful staff. There is also an ophthalmologist's office in the salon, where, when buying glasses, I received a free diagnosis to accurately determine my vision.
