Positive:
- the food is homemade, delicious
- not a large number of guests, it was comfortable
- friendly staff
- large rooms

- there were slippers, bathrobes, gels, shampoo in the room, but there were only dental kits

Minuses:
- not a large area of the hotel, relative to Turkey and the Emirate
- the beach is pebbly, it is not comfortable without special shoes

We had a rest in July 2024. I liked everything. The rooms are clean, cozy, large balconies, cleaning can be done at least every day. The staff is friendly and friendly, you can make any request. There is a lot of food, everyone will find something to taste (the main thing is not to eat too much at once, so that it does not feel bad. And you won't have to write about smekta and rotovirus). In the bar from 8:00 to 20:00 you can take water, lemonade, coffee, beer, wine, cognac, chacha, ice cream, yogurt. You can take as much as you want. The sea is clean 100 meters from the hotel. The beach is empty and closed. There are free sun beds at any time. There is a swimming pool and many exotic trees, including eucalyptus trees. For holidays with children, this is probably the best option.

We rested from 21 to 28.06.2024. Quiet, peaceful and decent rest. The food is varied, very tasty. There are three coffee machines in the dining room) super. The room was cleaned daily. We had a room with a mountain view. The view is super. A lot with children, but not annoying, not noisy. There are all sorts of entertainments for children. There was an electronic key to the beach, so there were no outsiders. There were enough sun beds. The beach workers suggested where to put the sunbed - closer to the sea, in the shade, in the sun. Great hotel! The room is large (about 20 m2) with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, safe. The room has a large double bed with an excellent mattress and a folding armchair bed. The bathroom is also large with a shower cabin, there is a hygienic shower, a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Separate towels are provided for the beach. There is also a large beam with a folding clothes dryer. The room is cleaned daily.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has three meals a day. The food is homemade, everything is delicious. There are coffee machines. I really liked the local lemonades and pastries. On the ground floor, you can take drinks, snacks, sandwiches, ice cream, and yoghurts during the day.
The beach is pebbly, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel's Wi-Fi reaches the beach without any problems. The sea is clear of the real color of the "sea wave". You can ride a cheesecake, a banana, an aquabike. Boats are moored nearby and invited to boat trips.
You can play table tennis, badminton, and board games at the hotel. Or take a book to read.
There is a playroom for children.

One of our favorite hotels in Gagra. We always go in June before the intestinal infection. And we advise everyone. A family-run hotel. Nice big rooms, buffet food. It fits into my diet - a lot of vegetables, a good selection of meat. The buffet includes alcohol, but we are not drinkers. There are animators and a children's room. And there is a small warm pool for kids on site. We like to watch the sea more and sit next to it. And of course the mountains! Ritsa is our love. In general, Abkhazia is a very beautiful country.

We checked into the hotel on August 11th. The food at the hotel is homemade, but the choice is very small. Young guys are working in the dining room, without gloves. They wash the dishes very badly, so that even traces of food remain on clean plates in which people collect food. Kettles and coolers are not washed, there is a lot of sediment in the mugs, which makes your throat very sore. The stinky river flows next to the hotel, a sewer that drains directly into the sea. When you go into the sea, sticks from old, rotten trees and yellow leaves are lying around. All family members had a cold, and then, on the third day, rotovirus. This is not a hotel, but some kind of dump, bottles are lying around, and the gym is generally littered with junk. When we occupied the sun beds on the beach, we left towels there, from the hotel, but upon arrival twenty minutes later, the towels were not in their original place, someone stole them. And you will have to suffer damage out of your pocket for towels. It is in this hotel that a strong rotovirus reigns, and all sorts of incomprehensible viruses. Do not come to this hotel if you do not want to spend the whole vacation with rotovirus in the room, paying 330 thousand. This hotel charges a lot of money, and you're basically sitting in a room with vomiting and diarrhea. This hotel should be put not 4*, but 3-. Do not come to this hotel unless you want to spend your time pushing with vomiting and diarrhea.

The beach is clean, large-pebble, equipped, but special shoes are needed and large building slabs are around. The territory is its own, but strangers came in, it's obvious. Friendly young staff, well done. The bar is open until 20:00. There are board games and tennis in the lobby. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed, although the bed linen has never been changed, the overall impression is that I want to tighten everything up a little, more grooming and gloss) cons: on the 2nd day of rest, everyone in the family got sick with intestinal infection, ate only in the local dining room, noticed families in the hotel who also suffered this "infection". Upon arrival, they asked for a 10k deposit. Noisy- there is a bar nearby until late at night if the room is on their side. The lights were turned off several times (not for long, but unpleasant. It doesn't exactly pull 5 stars, a good 3 star with a homemade canteen and local alcohol.

We had a rest at the end of June. The hotel is wonderful! Its own large green area with many relict plants (if you look from the observation deck at Gagra, the hotel is surrounded by greenery). There is an elevator. The rooms are large and clean. The bed linen is snow-white, towels are provided, including beach towels. Meals are all inclusive, including drinks of various strength for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very tasty. On-site swimming pool: shallow, 1.3 meters, probably the best for small children. Drinks are served by the pool, ice cream is distributed. Beach. It used to be its own, but in winter the sea made adjustments: it broke the entire embankment at the hotel and washed away the beach...now guests go to the beach 20 meters to the left of the hotel through the gate. On the beach under umbrellas with the hotel's logo, sun beds are free for guests. There is no animation. During the whole week, we once saw a couple of girls who organized volleyball in the pool, and then did not know how to organize people. A little weak. The children's room is open 2 times a day for half an hour (maybe longer, but some funny time ...) All the hotel staff are friendly and talkative. Sauna and salt room...saunas and showers with her are dirty, just phew! Maybe because there's a man in charge. The salt room is a laugh: maybe it was once a salt room, but now it's dirty, it's clear that the salt has fallen off the walls and been restored with simple table salt (you can see the handprints that stuck salt to the wall). Do not disgrace yourself with such a room, it is better to close and repair it properly. And so the overall impression of the hotel is excellent!

We had a family vacation at this hotel. We liked everything: varied and delicious food, clean and tidy rooms, the hotel grounds, which are surrounded by greenery😍
We would like to mention and express our gratitude to all the staff. The maids clean the rooms daily, the waiters are very helpful and are always ready to answer any questions. We also express our special gratitude to the animator girls: Vika and Evelina. Girls, you are fire!!! From morning to evening, both children and adults were occupied: morning meditations, zumba, aqua aerobics and swimming lessons, mini-disco and board games for adults. The program is rich and interesting.
Special thanks to the administrators Julia and Amalia for organizing the transfer and in general, for doing everything for a comfortable stay at the hotel. We rested in early June, so we did not find rotavirus)

Good afternoon! Never choose this hotel in your life! 100% rotovirus infection is guaranteed for you! A river with sewage waste flows on the territory of the hotel and flows into the sea next to the beach. However, it is not immediately noticeable, since the beach is all in ruins and the river is well camouflaged by huge layers of concrete. They feed almost one chicken here, and there is no variety in the food. For dessert, too, some dry cupcakes from semi-finished products. The rating of this hotel is definitely not 5*, but a maximum of 3*.

We stopped by on August 14, 2023. From the good: the animators and waiters are great! They are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help. Room cleaning is timely, linen and towels are changed without problems. The territory is green compared to the neighboring hotels. The first couple of days the impression is pleasant, then the fun begins: the biggest minus is rotavirus walking around the hotel! EVERYONE will absolutely catch him, from neighboring rooms you can hear adult uncles "growling" over the toilet, and even scarier children mixed with tears and the words "mom, I feel bad." The hotel warns that you need to wash your hands more often, but it's not about your hands, I suspect that the problem comes from the kitchen. The food only seems delicious and varied for the first two days, then you realize that it's the same thing, but because of the rotavirus you have suffered, there is no appetite and no desire to go to the dining room. Extra beds are terrible cots, with puked mattresses, it is impossible to sleep on them, they creak at the slightest movement. We had to take one child with us, and put two mattresses on the second one so that we could somehow sleep. There is no question of any 5*, it is unclear who and for what assigned these stars to the hotel. There is no private beach, there are canopies on the public beach and sun beds, but if you come later, these sun beds may not be enough, because they are successfully sold to everyone. Bicycles and a swimming pool are one name. If the hotel staff reads my review, I urge them to solve the problem of infection in your hotel, it should not be so that 100% of vacationers are so sick in your hotel..
And yes, don't worry that you will get better on "all inclusive", in our family of 4 people, everyone from 2 to 4 kg has lost weight, I think it's not just us.
And for those who are still coming here, stock up on enterosgel, enterofuril, antipyretics, do not hope for a chance, take care of yourself!

I put 2 stars, just for the fact that everything seems to be included. I do not recommend going to this hotel. They were poisoned by food from the dining room on the second day, upon arrival they are forced to sign a paper that in case of poisoning we have no complaints. (On what basis it is not clear). The hotel suggested not eating in their dining room. The smell in the dining room is a dirty rag and not fresh food. I believe that at least flushes can be done to improve the quality of service. We ate only at the hotel, but we got hurt - the staff blamed everything on swimming in the sea. The pool is small and shallow, no swimming, just children splashing. As I understood it, there are actually no private beaches in Abkhazia, we could use sun beds on the beach of our hotel for free - only this distinguished the hotel residents from everyone else. Anyone can go to the beach, sit down and smoke next to you. The boats and the banana did not sail from a specially equipped place, but directly from the beach, the task of vacationers was to dodge in time. And the cost of all this was like in a five-star hotel in Turkey.

A very nice hotel for a relaxing holiday. The buffet is better than in Turkish five-star hotels. Decent local spirits (included in the meal). The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Everything is there. The Internet catches all over the hotel building (though not fast). The park area with eucalyptus and pine trees is closed. The beach is narrow, but fifteen meters away the enclosed area with umbrellas and sun beds is always half empty. Friendly staff. There is a small swimming pool. I didn't want to leave very decently.

On the last day of the vacation, the baby got sick, there were no places in the hotel where we lived and we had to look for shelter in the vicinity for a day. Impressions of the hotel are mixed. At first, I was struck by the entrance to the territory: along the stinky river. Then the entrance on foot was even worse. The territory is green, but thanks to the planted trees back in Soviet times. On the territory for children, there are two remaining rusty rockers from the same time as a rarity, and a jump rope. You can't put a baby in the pool.The exit to the beach, which was destroyed in the aforementioned times, and people walk through the gate along the country road, bypassing puddles. The rooms are nice, spacious, and the staff is polite. The food is disgusting, even chacha does not help. Soup: water with vegetables. The table is cleared only when people leave. We had previously stayed at a smaller star hotel, but the service was excellent and the food was delicious. In the evening, in the city, you can only walk along the road, there is no embankment, we made a circle around the hotel, and bedtime. Boredom is mortal! As it was a boarding house, so it probably remained. And most importantly, in the previous hotel with space service, we lived in a suite with a sea view for 9600 with a threesome meal and the sea in a minute walk, and in this hotel for 12,000. Such money per day for a room with a stool instead of a table on the balcony is probably very overpriced!

We rested from August 25 to August 30, 2023.
The rooms are large and clean. There was plenty of choice in the dining room. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly. Ice cream is being distributed on the beach. There are enough sun beds. We liked everything and had a great rest.

The service is super! The photos that are on the booking do not match! It's actually a small pool. The maids did well, they cleaned everything during the time, Nadezhda, a very friendly girl, worked on the 5th floor. The animators did well to entertain the children all day, the children really liked everything! I didn't like the way they fed me. Disgusting! I'm unlikely to go to this place again. And most importantly, they don't have a beach at all, it was washed away last year! This is not in the photo.

We had a vacation with our son in August 2022. I must say right away this is a decent hotel, of course not 5 international stars)), but there is enough for a comfortable stay. Clean and beautiful territory, comfortable rooms, magical sea , private access to the beach, two minutes walk, clean pool with warm water. All drinks are included, meals from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. are all included. What else do you need to relax)) Special thanks to the animator girls Svetlana and Alina. You guys are the best!!! And we have been to a lot of places and there is something / with whom to compare) Thanks to your enthusiasm and professionalism, we were not bored! Thanks for the great mood!

Everything is great, the staff is wonderful, polite. The food is very diverse, it was delicious, it's great that a lot of fruits, as soon as they run out, bring more. The disadvantage is that there is actually no beach of their own, they chase strangers from the sunbeds, and they spread their towels in front of them, and you make your way through them, a narrow strip by the water. When they said this at the reception, they ran, but only looked, no action followed, everything remained as it was. And so it is very close to the sea, it is clearly visible from the balcony. And another wish is that there are umbrellas by the sea. The territory is green and beautiful.
