I really liked the hotel. I had a rest with my wife and friends from 05/17/2025-05/28/2025.Beautiful grounds, pine trees, eucalyptus trees, magnolias, flowers.The air is clean, the sea is nearby.The pool wasn't big, but there was plenty of room for everyone anyway. The rooms are clean, large, cozy, and have everything you need.The dining room is bright and large, there is a veranda, a lounge area.The food is delicious, the assortment is good.Always fresh and baked vegetables.chicken, stewed meat, fish, dumplings.Side dish bulgur, potatoes, pasta, buckwheat.buns, cakes.Coffee machine.Compotes.The staff is very polite, from the reception guys to the cleaning lady, well done.Special attention to Ivan from the reception, Nick from the bar is a very polite young man (super beer)And, of course, Alexandra the animator.It was great and exciting to study with the guys.

We had a vacation in May 2025 with the children.
The hotel is located in a eucalyptus grove and there is such a luxurious air.
The food is delicious: fresh vegetables and fruits are always on the buffet. Lots of meat. Delicious soups and salads. The children ate with pleasure.
Having a coffee machine was very valuable to me.
Local chacha and wine are made from alcohol, as well as local beer. The beer is very good, the rest is still there.
The staff is polite and smiling. I especially liked Nick's bartender, who was always happy!!! The girls in the food area are also very cool!!! There are such nice guys at the reception!!! The woman who cleaned our room is also very polite and helpful!!! I liked them all!)
The room is clean. Cleaned regularly. The territory is also clean.
The pool is warm (in May it is very important), clean. The kids and I spent the whole vacation with them.
What was really cool was having an animator. Alexandra is our love!!! Morning exercise, aqua aerobics! It keeps the kids busy day and night: they wove bracelets, played mafia, danced, and sang!!! They were playing chess! And anyway, she sets up the kids in such a way that they start to be friends with each other.
Our family was satisfied!!!

The hotel consists of one five-storey building. It's clean inside. We had a two-room suite on the 5th floor. Very spacious. Large bathroom, large terrace, large panoramic windows. All the furniture is intact. The food is delicious, you won't stay hungry.
On the downside, it doesn't have its own beach, although the hotel is located right on the first line. The second disadvantage is a deplorable gym, everything is broken.

The beach is empty and closed. There are free sun beds at any time. There is a swimming pool and many exotic trees, including eucalyptus trees. For holidays with children, this is probably the best option.

We checked in when there were five minutes left before the end of dinner - we were allowed to eat. The rooms are nice, the grounds are green, the pool is clean. We had a room with a mountain view. The view is super. A lot with children, but not annoying, not noisy. There are all sorts of entertainments for children. There was an electronic key to the beach, so there were no outsiders. There were enough sun beds. The beach workers suggested where to put the sunbed - closer to the sea, in the shade, in the sun. Great hotel! The room is large (about 20 m2) with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, safe. The room has a large double bed with an excellent mattress and a folding armchair bed. There is also a large beam with a folding clothes dryer. The room is cleaned daily.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant has three meals a day. The food is homemade, everything is delicious. There are coffee machines. I really liked the local lemonades and pastries. On the ground floor, you can take drinks, snacks, sandwiches, ice cream, and yoghurts during the day.
The beach is pebbly, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel's Wi-Fi reaches the beach without any problems. The sea is clear of the real color of the "sea wave". You can ride a cheesecake, a banana, an aquabike. Boats are moored nearby and invited to boat trips.
You can play table tennis, badminton, and board games at the hotel. Or take a book to read.
There is a playroom for children.

I am currently staying at this hotel. Somehow I don't want to upset the tourists who have already bought the tour, but nevertheless. Upon arrival, the operator met us, about an hour later he put us in a mini-van and we finally set off (all with children). Do you think we went to the Sochi-Abkhazia border? No! One of the people who flew in was a friend of the driver's, and we drove in the other direction from the border altogether because she had to pick up the order from ozone! . Well, it's like a collective farm on a walk. We crossed the border quickly and moved through the hotels. We drove for 30-50 minutes and here we are at Welles park. Well, of course it's not 5, I'm not even 3 stars! The parks they claim are not well maintained on the territory- so that you understand even last year's foliage has not been removed. It's dirty. I'm with the kids - they didn't check in right away. We changed our clothes and went to the sea beach. There is a sea - there is no beach at all! Just rocks and boulders from destruction. Not a single sunbed or umbrella. I ask the reception why, but they don't say the season. At the same time, tourists are accepted. And absolutely not for free!
We went to lunch for another 1 hour before check-in. Well, it's just that the canteen is just as working as we used to have in factories. The only difference is that it costs chacha wine and glasses- please drink. I love straight canteen food and everything is fine with me here. The child asked for apples (and all the fruits are cut into small pieces), but they say no, I'm shocked there are no apples, but what about the foie gras? Everyone eats on trays because they have to be taken to a certain place with dirty dishes-well, no matter how difficult it is!
We checked in- our suite is not bad, spacious, a bathroom with a shower, all accessories, even combs, are just fine and clean- everything is still intact. The pool is normal- the grandson is a diving swimmer, the water is warming up. The pool is shallow. And there is nothing else on the territory besides it - if you and your child choose another hotel. They didn't get into the children's room. It's closed all the time. They don't know anything at all at the reception - where the animator is, when everything opens, they say that the operator came up with almost everything on their website- laughter and that's all. And the salt room is working- it's not under repair. And the sauna is working- it's not under repair. I ask why you're fooling tourists- they say it's not us, it's the operator! It is clear that we paid a little for staying in this hotel, but it is not clear why we should declare something that is not there!
If you plan to walk along the sea- forget it, there is no such possibility in the area of this hotel. Go on vacation to Staraya Gagra and you will be happy. But we are not discouraged- the sea air and the abundance of greenery are good for us!
And yes, we were at the market , it's right in front of our hotel- I haven't seen such junk for a long time, and everyone is so nervous , excited , and angry- maybe before closing , but nevertheless. There are shopping malls nearby- not bad, clean and beautiful. Prices are the same as on the market.
By the way, it's important- there are a lot of mosquitoes! There's no way to open the windows in the room - they'll eat you up!
And if you are already on departure and nothing can be changed, just fly and look for the advantages that this hotel will provide you with- they are very far from the name of the hotel. I conclude that lazy people are untidy and they will never reach even the low ceiling! Enjoy your stay!

There is a sewage drain next to the hotel, the smell can be felt from a kilometer away. I give 2 stars, just for the fact that everything seems to be included. I do not recommend going to this hotel. We were poisoned by food from the canteen on the second day, and upon arrival we are forced to sign a paper stating that we have no complaints in case of poisoning. (On what basis is not clear). The hotel offered not to eat in their dining room. The smell in the dining room is a dirty rag and not fresh food. I believe that at least flushing can be done to improve the quality of service. One of our favorite hotels in Gagra. We always go in June before the intestinal infection. And we advise everyone. A family-run hotel. Nice big rooms, buffet food. It fits into my diet - a lot of vegetables, a good selection of meat. The buffet includes alcohol, but we are not drinkers. There are animators and a children's room. And there is a small warm pool for kids on site. We like to watch the sea more and sit next to it. And of course the mountains! Ritsa is our love. In general, Abkhazia is a very beautiful country.

This is not a hotel, but some kind of dump, bottles are lying around, and the gym is generally littered with junk. When we occupied the sun beds on the beach, we left towels there, from the hotel, but upon arrival twenty minutes later, the towels were not in their original place, someone stole them. And you will have to suffer damage out of your pocket for towels. It is in this hotel that a strong rotovirus reigns, and all sorts of incomprehensible viruses. Do not come to this hotel if you do not want to spend the whole vacation with rotovirus in the room, paying 330 thousand. This hotel charges a lot of money, and you're basically sitting in a room with vomiting and diarrhea. This hotel should be put not 4*, but 3-. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed, although the bed linen has never been changed, the overall impression is that I want to tighten everything up a little, more grooming and gloss) cons: on the 2nd day of rest, everyone in the family got sick with intestinal infection, ate only in the local dining room, noticed families in the hotel who also suffered this "infection". Upon arrival, they asked for a 10k deposit. Noisy- there is a bar nearby until late at night if the room is on their side. The lights were turned off several times (not for long, but unpleasant. It doesn't exactly pull 5 stars, a good 3 star with a homemade canteen and local alcohol.

We had a rest at the end of June. The hotel is wonderful! Its own large green area with many relict plants (if you look from the observation deck at Gagra, the hotel is surrounded by greenery). There is an elevator. The rooms are large and clean. The bed linen is snow-white, towels are provided, including beach towels. Meals are all inclusive, including drinks of various strength for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very tasty. On-site swimming pool: shallow, 1.3 meters, probably the best for small children. Drinks are served by the pool, ice cream is distributed. Beach. It used to be its own, but in winter the sea made adjustments: it broke the entire embankment at the hotel and washed away the beach...now guests go to the beach 20 meters to the left of the hotel through the gate. On the beach under umbrellas with the hotel's logo, sun beds are free for guests. There is no animation. During the whole week, we once saw a couple of girls who organized volleyball in the pool, and then did not know how to organize people. A little weak. The children's room is open 2 times a day for half an hour (maybe longer, but some funny time ...) All the hotel staff are friendly and talkative. Sauna and salt room...saunas and showers with her are dirty, just phew! Maybe because there's a man in charge. The salt room is a laugh: maybe it was once a salt room, but now it's dirty, it's clear that the salt has fallen off the walls and been restored with simple table salt (you can see the handprints that stuck salt to the wall). Do not disgrace yourself with such a room, it is better to close and repair it properly. And so the overall impression of the hotel is excellent!

We had a family vacation at this hotel. We liked everything: varied and delicious food, clean and tidy rooms, the hotel grounds, which are surrounded by greenery😍
We would like to mention and express our gratitude to all the staff. The maids clean the rooms daily, the waiters are very helpful and are always ready to answer any questions. We also express our special gratitude to the animator girls: Vika and Evelina. Girls, you are fire!!! From morning to evening, both children and adults were occupied: morning meditations, zumba, aqua aerobics and swimming lessons, mini-disco and board games for adults. The program is rich and interesting.
Special thanks to the administrators Julia and Amalia for organizing the transfer and in general, for doing everything for a comfortable stay at the hotel. We rested in early June, so we did not find rotavirus)

They feed almost one chicken here, and there is no variety in the food. For dessert, too, some dry cupcakes from semi-finished products. The rating of this hotel is definitely not 5*, but a maximum of 3*.

We stopped by on August 14, 2023. From the good: the animators and waiters are great! They are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help. Room cleaning is timely, linen and towels are changed without problems. The territory is green compared to the neighboring hotels. The first couple of days the impression is pleasant, then the fun begins: the biggest minus is rotavirus walking around the hotel! EVERYONE will absolutely catch him, from neighboring rooms you can hear adult uncles "growling" over the toilet, and even scarier children mixed with tears and the words "mom, I feel bad." The hotel warns that you need to wash your hands more often, but it's not about your hands, I suspect that the problem comes from the kitchen. The food only seems delicious and varied for the first two days, then you realize that it's the same thing, but because of the rotavirus you have suffered, there is no appetite and no desire to go to the dining room. Extra beds are terrible cots, with puked mattresses, it is impossible to sleep on them, they creak at the slightest movement. We had to take one child with us, and put two mattresses on the second one so that we could somehow sleep. There is no question of any 5*, it is unclear who and for what assigned these stars to the hotel. There is no private beach, there are canopies on the public beach and sun beds, but if you come later, these sun beds may not be enough, because they are successfully sold to everyone. Bicycles and a swimming pool are one name. If the hotel staff reads my review, I urge them to solve the problem of infection in your hotel, it should not be so that 100% of vacationers are so sick in your hotel..
And yes, don't worry that you will get better on "all inclusive", in our family of 4 people, everyone from 2 to 4 kg has lost weight, I think it's not just us.
And for those who are still coming here, stock up on enterosgel, enterofuril, antipyretics, do not hope for a chance, take care of yourself!
