A large, green area, a lake not far from the sanatorium where they swim, fish, go boating and catamarans, there is a beach for sunbathers! There are three pools, one of which is on the street, and there are sun beds next to it. Separately, about nutrition, there is a lot of everything and it is very tasty! The only thing in building 1 is there is no elevator, it has 3 floors by the end of the day you can barely drag your foot! The staff is polite, respectful, attentive! Regarding payment for services, it is more profitable to pay in cash! When recalculating from the Tinkoff mir card, the exchange rate is 29.4 b/r Sberbank 28.6 when exchanging 34, you will receive 1000 Russian rubles!

I was on a whirlwind bath procedure. The doctor was nice and polite. And the nurses or the cleaners, I'm not sure who they are, completely disappointed me.
When I entered the office and walked on, I was strictly told to undress near the door. I undressed and went to the bathroom. They walk around without hesitation and look at visitors in the baths. A luxury sanatorium of premium class.
Buffet, bars, 500 meters away there is a restaurant "Beer Grill" (I will leave a separate review, very tasty!), a little further there is a ski slope. The staff are our people!)
rested for only five days and thought that there would be enough pools and a gym. But the therapist Svetlana Nikolaevna convinced us that there are procedures that will benefit even in such a short period of time.
The main advantages: not far from Minsk, luxurious rooms, all procedures are connected by transitions and you can move around in a bathrobe without going outside, billiards, bowling, cinema, buffet, outdoor pool +19-20 °C after sauna👍 And of course the staff!

We rested with my husband in the building on the territory of the sanatorium , on the wedding anniversary , we were in many places in Belarus , we saw such a mess for the first time ... the room feels like it 's from the 90s , everything is dead . The food is the simplest , as in an ordinary canteen . The spa area is constantly crowded, the saunas and baths are small, there are even queues at the entrance)) . I definitely do not recommend it to visit.

For the first time we were in Belarus and in a sanatorium. Overall, I really liked it. The staff is very polite. A huge area where you can walk endlessly. The food in the dining room is varied - if you need a diet or if you do not adhere to a healthy lifestyle, you can find dishes here to meet any gastronomic needs. We were very disappointed with the sleeping accessories - crumpled sintepon pillows and overstuffed mattresses, even in Business rooms. It was weird. After all, we came to improve our health, and a good and comfortable sleep is the main component of health.

A great place to relax with the whole family in any season. Their attitude towards pets is a little frustrating - it is impossible to take even a small dog. Nevertheless, if you live on the side of the Brest exit from Minsk, then the Vesta aquazone will be more accessible to you than the Water Sports Palace in the city center.

Good afternoon!
I want to share my vacation, if you can call it that, at the Vesta sanatorium at the end of December 2023.
The first impression was not bad, although the territorial location is unfortunate in the sense that there is a very busy highway nearby.
The food is good - a buffet, the only thing that did not suit was baking. It was made of an unsuccessful (faded) dough and a lot of sweet products, but there was no other baking at all.
I liked the way the meals were organized, taking into account the vacationers in three buildings (by the hour). There was no hustle and bustle, the waitresses quickly and accurately cleaned the dishes.
I really liked the medical service, everything is clear on time, the staff is qualified and respectful. A wide variety of procedures.
And now about the household side of living. On the very first day of my stay, it turned out that there was almost no water in the shower (it was trickling), although the water was coming from the mixer in the sink with good pressure. An application was made at the reception, and a plumber visited. The verdict was: "I will report to the heat engineer." So no one came, no water appeared. A day later, there was another application, and again no one reacted. At the reception, they reacted like this: "No one has complained before you." As a result, we went to the pool showers to wash our hair and swim throughout the rest.
Also, before arriving in Vesta, I found out about the availability of a laundry or self-service laundry. It was reported that there is a laundry room. Upon arrival, it turned out that the car in the laundry room had broken down, and the service would not be provided. Since they couldn't answer the question about laundry at the reception, I called the chief doctor's office, and only after that the caretaker called me back, and our things were washed.
Now about the organization of the New Year's Eve party.
Since the New Year's Eve celebration was organized in restaurants across the street, it was announced that a bus delivery of vacationers would be organized on 12/31/23 at 21 and 22 o'clock. The vacationing women came out in shoes and evening long dresses, but there was still no bus at 21 o'clock. When asked why there is no bus, the receptionist replied: "We are shocked ourselves!" The bus arrived at 22 o'clock, but there were some troubles here. There were two halls for the celebration and there was not a single person responsible for the placement in one or the other hall, i.e. the crowd first went to one hall, then the waiters explained where to go according to the issued tickets, but even there it was not without reproaches, why they went through this door and not the other. The mood was no longer good.
The table was "bursting" with food. Why there was so much meat at night is unclear, but there is no dispute about tastes. There was no entertainment part of the evening either.
The most "interesting" thing happened on the morning of January 4, the day of departure. There was a complete lack of water. After making a call to the reception, it turned out that my previous requests for water supply problems were not in the application book (according to the administrator).
After a forced conversation in raised tones, a plumber and a heating technician came. They poked around and the water began to trickle, under which only the face could be washed.
At the same time, we were reminded several times that we must vacate the room on time. I tried to explain to the receptionist that it was necessary to go to the pool shower, which would take time and we would vacate the room later, but she almost shouted that new residents would be coming to the room soon.
In addition, I want to add that the staff at the reception answered any questions extremely unkindly, not at all wanting to fully give an answer, from the outside it looked like a conversation with a robot assistant - a question– a short answer, all the details of the New Year's event, for example, had to be "pulled out with ticks". I have seen this situation many times with vacationers.
That's how many unpleasant moments and the lack of comfortable living conditions we got for the holiday.
I believe that there is a complete lack of control over the work of the administrative staff.
I do not recommend this sanatorium specifically for recreation.

Dear owners, you are being ruined by the staff, during the week of my stay I could not achieve a single spa procedure, they did not offer anything, although I applied daily.
But a huge plus is the pool, which is perfectly equipped
One of the advantages is a beautiful territory, not far from Minsk, a wonderful buffet, good rooms.
Of the minuses, only two face towels were changed in a week, and in general there was no cleaning as such
Well, when we left, it turned out that 2 towels were missing and 30 rubles (900 Russian) were demanded from us only in cash and without a check, I gave it to the reception, that's how we were escorted

A wonderful place to relax and gain strength. Comfortable rooms and well-maintained territory. A lot of coniferous plants and the absence of mosquitoes make walking in the evening unforgettable. Separate houses and rooms in the sanatorium itself to choose from. Cleaning is daily and bed linen is changed every three days. The food is varied, buffet style. Everything is delicious and of high quality. Availability of fresh vegetables, meat and fish dishes, as well as fruits. For gourmets, the chef cooks on the grill in the morning and evening and right in front of you. A wide range of treatments - medical and spa. A large swimming complex with three pools: children's, adult and outdoor (water 21*c). Finnish and hammam saunas. A large gym. There is a large man-made lake on the territory with a sidewalk and benches, lighting at night. There don't seem to be any disadvantages, if only one thing. Constant noise from the Brest-Minsk highway, just 50 meters from the sanatorium. You can't hear in the cottage and in the rooms either, but when you're outside, it's a little annoying.

We were here on a family vacation for the second time (in winter), the first was a year and a half before (in autumn), in both cases we rented a guest house. The sanatorium is located in a landscaped forest in a closed area. I liked everything, it was quiet and peaceful, there is a lot of entertainment for children. Of the minor disadvantages, at night you can hear the noise of the railway and the sounds of the M1 passing nearby, but this is the price for proximity to civilization. There are normal shops in Dzerzhinsk (about 2 km from the sanatorium). Separately, I would like to note that the service and attitude of the staff have only improved in a year and a half. It remains to come in the summer and spring to close all the seasons)

If you are used to good service and politeness, then you are clearly not here. Accommodation in a Business room does not mean anything at all) room cleaning will be only on demand and only under your control. The maid can calmly say, "there are no cleaning standards for us, tell me what you need to do." Dust in the room, dirt in the bathroom - this is the norm for an expensive ticket. The procedures are better, but there are really problems with the installation of droppers. The nurse can calmly say, "well, the senior nurse put ivs on you, so come to her, why did you come to me?" Unfortunately, even our appeal to the chief physician did not solve the problem. A huge "plus" was the repair of the floor in the Second World War medical unit of the belt of our stay, which was not warned about either upon check-in or even on the day of the start of the repair, and the staff did not really know what to do with it. Here we came to the shower with a Sharko, and there was dust in a column, or in a cryosauna (which is not included in the ticket, but is paid separately). Maybe it's a good idea to come here for the weekend. The customer orientation is clearly at zero. I sincerely do not understand where such a large number of positive reviews come from. Although some employees clearly love their work, and therefore do it well. Lappo I.M., Anizovskaya I.M., all the staff in the water and mud treatment unit - great thanks to them.

I'll start with the highlight of our vacation, which is why I make such an assessment, and then about the positive aspects.
During the procedure (circular shower), the husband lost a gold chain, which he put on top of his clothes, and after it was not found (they could not find it, at that time the cleaner came in and out of the locker room, that is, it was not closed). It's sad, but it didn't occur to me to think that you can't leave things in a private single locker room for 8 minutes. They did not write a statement, because they decided that it was more important to continue the rest.
The guard is a boor, absolutely unprofessional speech. At the reception, I note, there were very polite employees.
We were also there during the renovation, and it was completely inconvenient and unclear how and where to go.
On the plus side, the rooms are nice, spacious and clean. There was cleaning, and even some water was brought.
A super cool aqua zone, several pools, and even an outdoor😍 two baths, not enough, although they somehow shared.
I liked that they always gave me a towel in the pool and for the procedures, there was no need to think about it.
The procedures are weak, only the salt room has entered.
The buffet is very tasty.
Beautiful area, forest, and cats.
We noted the others, but there was nowhere to go out to eat, there was a grill beer across the street, but it didn't really go to us either. Loud music, hookahs, karaoke, not a special choice of food, etc. - not our format.

The sanatorium itself is wonderful, we were satisfied with everything-the territory, food, pools, entertainment-everything is super! But, unfortunately, the impression of the holiday was spoiled. On the day of departure, we did not find a children's denim jacket in the closet, which was immediately reported to the reception, they said that they had not found the jacket and that it was better for us to interview other buildings. Despite the fact that we rested only on the territory of our building and used the services of our building, we did not go to other buildings and did not go on excursions. The jacket was brand new, the child was upset, the fact remains-they arrived in a jacket, and left without it.

I sincerely do not understand why there are so many rave reviews, probably there was no way to compare it with something more worthy. I spent a week with my family and left two days earlier than the paid time. I'll start with the advantages, and there are not many of them: a good pool, baths. A fairly wide range of medical services. A nice children's room with excellent staff. There is a forest nearby. Ease of booking via messengers, they will answer all your questions. Perhaps that's all. And a huge number of disadvantages. The most important thing is the sullen, unfriendly and for some reason dissatisfied staff, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. The medical staff is more friendly. Administration, people come to you to relax, for positive emotions, and not to watch the sour faces of employees, as if they personally came to their home without an invitation. The restaurant is generally a separate topic: there seems to be a lot of food, but it is monotonous and not tasty. If you come to the restaurant at the beginning of the meal, there are huge queues and there is not always a place, and if at the end, there is not always food, the remnants of the view are not very good. If something ends, they do not rush to update, they wait until they are completely scraped out. I watched a picture when stewed potatoes were dumped on top of boiled potatoes, as for piglets, all mixed up. The territory is beautiful, but there are cats everywhere, who shit everywhere and are not always in a hurry to clean it up, but there are a lot of vacationers with young children. At the beginning of the arrival, we walked around the territory next to the main building, found a dead rat, and it was not removed a week later. There is confusion with the procedures at the reception, the free ones suddenly turn out to be paid and you still have to prove it. The room was already tired: the walls with peeling paint, the stench of sewage, poor draining of water in the shower and sink. In general, the impression was not very good. I will not recommend it to any of my friends and I will not return a second time myself. There are places much better in every way.
