I bought components in the ”White Wind" on 11.09.2024. After assembly, the motherboard turned out to be defective: two RAM slots did not work correctly — the system either did not start or crashed with a blue screen. The RAM dies were tested on another system, and everything worked stably.
After that, it was decided to hand over the motherboard to the White Wind service. The service examined the fee and accepted it with a service agreement. When accepting the motherboard into the service, the question was asked: will it be possible to exchange the product or refund the money after the diagnosis? The employee answered in the affirmative.
Then I had to wait three weeks for a response from the service. As a result, they reported that the board was tested by an authorized service center and found to be fully functional. The request for a refund was refused due to broken packaging, although the motherboard was delivered in full and with the whole package. It is unclear what exactly has been violated. They also said that when handing over to the service, you should immediately indicate that you want to return the money, and not just hand over the goods under warranty, although this information is not indicated anywhere. However, the diagnosis will still be carried out, so the reason for the refusal to refund the funds remains unclear.
If you do not want to face fraud from the “White Wind”, do not buy anything from them. Even if you are a frequent customer, everything will be fine only until the first breakdown or marriage and a subsequent visit to their “excellent” service.
