The shopping platform is normal, but the attitude towards customers via the Internet on any technical issues of the personal account or on defective goods is just like cattle!!! They respond for weeks, money for refunds is withdrawn from people because of their own marriage of a particular product, some goods come unpacked, it feels like a secondary one. 👎👎👎
