I picked up the order at this point on 11/23/2022 today. Unfortunately, I didn't look at the woman's name on the badge. There have never been any problems with the staff at the pick-up points, but this time was simply exceptional. I always check the product for defects, which I did (I ordered two cutters and forceps for ingrown toenail). It is clear that I will not check the alignment of the cutters at the point, but at least I can check if they are bent, and I can check the tongs for metal chips and whether the edges of the blades are even. When I checked the quality of the product, the girl tells me that the factory packaging can only be opened to check for defects (which is exactly what I was doing, which I told her about). This was said with the premise that I had no right to open the package, to which I asked her:"Then how do I check the quality of the product?" There was no response. Next, I said that everything is fine and you can debit money from the card for the order, to which she responds to me:"Are you sure you have them there? In half of the cases, people don't have money on their card." Why do I need this information? And what kind of phrase is that addressed to me? I have a 99% repayment rate and obviously no financial problems. I was in a hurry and didn't ask for a complaint book, but I'm inclined to come back and ask for it after my day at work.
