They came to pick up the goods, but refused, because the goods did not arrive the same, but the employee of the pick-up point, Alexey, instead of putting down the cancellation status, I will deliver received and my money was debited. No goods, no money. The employee now refuses to admit the mistake. We will have to solve the issue in another way. I wonder how he issued a refund if the money was debited?!
