There is a large staff turnover. As soon as an employee gets the hang of it, a new one comes and starts over again: a long search, confusion, queues, discontent. Sometimes the point is completely closed for a technical break. The layout is also not very good: 4 rooms, 2 of them are not involved.

THE CRY OF THE SOUL: On 11/21/2023, I ordered 5 pieces of cactus stands (art: 11497902) as a gift for NG..already 05.01.2024 no money.. no stands... for appeals and claims..Don't wait..We cannot name the dates..and in one answer..in general, they said that they had already returned the money and I had already spent it..There are no competent employees on the line: none of the 5..he cannot answer in what time frame I am required to return the money if the goods did not arrive at the pick-up point..Who is responsible for this, on what basis the money was not returned on time and why it is not being returned.. Template phrases:We don't know anything. Wait.. We don't have a supervisor..We can't do anything..at the moment, the issue has not been resolved. Wait..Is it normal???the employees on the phone don't know the deadlines..what they are paid for..for the boilerplate phrases?..Apparently I don't work there..The specialist with an additional 5069 could not answer any questions..In what time frame do I have to return the money?On the basis of which no refund was made..5 people I talked to..they clarify the information for 10 minutes each time, and then they template and mumble into the phone..RETURN THE MONEY.. this is a SCAM, no other way!!!!!!
