Excellent staff, I love this pick-up point. They are always in a good mood, polite, help newcomers figure it out, and always meet the customers of the pick-up point.

The person does not explain anything. It seems that they do not know. The rules say that the money is automatically returned to the card. They transferred it to my balance sheet.and what else was not said. And they don't know the answers to other questions either. We are the deliverers..
