It's just a disgusting pick-up point. I arrived at 20.20, stood for 40 minutes and when it was very close to receiving the goods, the girl said that we work until 9, so we will not serve anyone. If you realize that you will not have time to serve people, then why not say so in advance?? Why not tell people not to queue up?? I came in 40 minutes!!! How can I know how the queue will move???
To all requests to receive goods, the girls referred that they work for 12 hours, they are tired and work until 9, so they will not serve anyone. I understand everything, but such a disgusting attitude is unacceptable. People standing in line could also have plans, instead of coming, standing in line and leaving!

Today, 12/16/2024, in the evening after 6 p.m., I picked up my order at the pick-up point Minsk, Rokossovsky, 145A. I had 8 items, I refused one, and paid for 7, packed it in a bag and left. Before that, I opened everything in front of the cameras and checked, there were a lot of people. At home, I saw that I had brought not 7 goods, but 6. I returned to the pick-up point (there were already few people), and I wanted to ask the specialist girl about the situation to find out if they hadn't given me the goods or if I had left them in the fuss. But before I could finish, the girl, munching (she was eating belyash), interrupted me and gave some kind of automatic response unrelated to my situation. I made a remark to her, told her not to slurp and listened to the question. But the girl began to complain and her colleague, Maxim, too. Instead of listening and understanding, they behaved arrogantly and with mockery, which of course "added oil to the fire." I asked to watch on camera the moment I picked up the goods. The guy had already quietly looked at everything on the phone, but continued to complain, instead of smoothing out the corners and fulfilling his direct duties and providing the consumer - me - with information and high-quality service. As a result, it turned out that my product was lying on the counter next to other boxes. I didn't pick it up in the rush. In the process of finding out, a couple of people tried to intervene, attacking me, saying that I was building sellers. A disgusting situation, which was completely provoked, was allowed by ill-mannered and incompetent specialists. I have faced their arrogance more than once, but today there was a crossing of all boundaries on their part. I demand consideration of my complaint and appropriate punishment for would-be employees. It was a blatant disrespect. They were rude, said like teenagers, "don't teach us how to live," and referred to fatigue. But I also have my own human factors and I came to find out the question of the product, and not to be cheated out, brazenly exposing myself to blame. Disgusting. I am filing a complaint against both specialists and this entire pick-up point, which is unclear how the staff trains.
Do not interrupt and do not munch - this is the first remark I made to your employee, who was lounging in an armchair eating belyash. And for a remark, two employees on shift staged a circus.
It seems that the employees at the specified pick-up point are not adequate and do not realize the boundaries and necessary behavior in the workplace
