Although the store itself is good, but the pick-up point at Gagarin 45 in Gomel is a complete horror.
They refuse to let the goods be checked under their video cameras, they demand to receive it and check it only at home. There is a complete lack of information about its registration and authorization for its activities. At the same time, they point out that the law of the Republic of Belarus does not mean anything to them, since they work according to internal rules and Russian laws. Moreover, both one and the second madam behave rudely, with constant provocations.
If someone needs it, then to confirm everything, there is a record of the entire conflict.

A good pick-up point for goods. Polite staff. There is a booth for trying on clothes, the booth is not crowded. There is a table with coloring books for children.
