I have read the reviews of others, if you do not send her to special customer service courses, and in her study-how to communicate calmly without swearing, then soon no one will come to you anymore.. They are not allowed to carry a mini dog in their arms, probably a 2kg dog sitting quietly in their arms greatly interferes with the work of an absolutely empty pick-up point.
I am very glad that I will no longer have to use the services of this pick-up point.
