Rudeness and aggression. Girls behave extremely incorrectly. An almost direct quote from one of them: "I opened the door to get some air, let them try on in the cold and freeze, since they can't wash." By the way... I am extremely sensitive to odors and did not feel a special stench, it was just stuffy. For that, I felt Spanish shame when she speaks, but I am ashamed.
But the most IMPORTANT THING is that it is forbidden to open and inspect goods. Not all. I didn't understand the principle. But personally, I was forbidden to check if the coffee grinder was working. The girl in front of me was forbidden to check the sheet and the ring lamp. To my question about how then I can return the product if it does not work, I was told to arrange a marriage and refund at home. When I asked how to prove that the product was defective, and not I broke it, I received some kind of vague answer that the seller knows if he has broken goods and there will be no problems. Since there were a lot of people at the point, and there was catastrophically little space, I did not find out further. Fortunately, the coffee grinder worked, but I am generally puzzled by such requirements, since I encountered them for the first time. Usually, on the contrary, they say everywhere to check the goods immediately. I'm not sure it's even legal.

I read all the reviews written below, and I completely agree more than ever!Over the years of orders for valdberris and visits to many points, this is the first time I have come across such employees (aggression, rudeness, rudeness from two personalities of this point is simply off the scale).I used to visit this pick-up point, beautiful girls worked, it was a joy to order goods here.
These two ladies probably just forgot where they work and that they work with people, what ethics are and how to communicate with the customer!
Invented rules for the return of goods, existing only at this point, which simply forces you to pick up an item that is not suitable for you, for which they write off the medium without approval and tell you to issue a marriage certificate!
I leave here my first negative review in my life and hope that while they are working there, orders will not be made there!

On December 13, as usual, I came for the goods that had not yet been paid for, to try on and choose. The girl at the checkout "accidentally" made the payment for all the goods, explaining that while I was measuring, a woman came with the same amount as mine. Coupled with long queues, long and unpleasant service, this is another reason to change the point.

Disgusting service. I have never seen such a boorish attitude towards a customer. High-pitched attacks, biased attitude and absolutely unacceptable phrases towards the buyer.
Management should either remind these two ladies where they are and how they should behave, or fire them altogether.
They are strictly forbidden to work with people. This is not the first and I think not the last negative review of their work.

First, one of them closed my order, and then tried to debit the money for the returned product and still caught up with the remark that the payment was not going through. Of course, it doesn't work, because especially for such cases, I have a virtual card and I throw money on it if necessary (I recommend it to everyone). It was strange, I thought, considering that my order had already been closed, but okay, I must have got something mixed up. Now, however, an absurdity has occurred: they refused to return the item to me because if you turn it at the right angle and look at it almost with a magnifying glass, there was some kind of vague spot on it, and one of the seams was not quite perfect, and this was also suddenly hung on me. I didn't tell you before the fitting, so take it away, because the item is of a non-marketable type. From the point of view of the rules of the World Bank, they are great, but from the point of view of common sense, it's a big question... Inadequate employees of the delivery of goods. They decided to themselves that they have the competence to raise the tone for customers. They are rude and get personal. Money is written off for the product without demand. They behave defiantly, threaten. I do not recommend ordering there. And I advise these ladies to reconsider their behavior and not forget where they are.

I am in a depressing state writing this review... I came at 10:40 to pick up the LONG-AWAITED PARCEL! I was in a hurry, I had to pick it up urgently. And what do you think!? The pick-up point WAS CLOSED, it stood for 20 minutes, it was never opened.... The sign says that the pick-up point is open from 10!!!The question is, why is this sign hanging?!
