I ordered carpets from DAF. It arrived 4 days after the order arrived. The girl couldn't find these carpets. She said that she would serve other customers first and then find our order, we waited, because we really needed these carpets. But they literally didn't want to serve us. We also have things to do, and so we lost a lot of time (more than an hour) while waiting. As a result, they left without taking the order. Unfortunately, I could not ask the name of the employee who was working at the pick-up point at that time. But the opinion about this place has changed
