An excellent order pick-up point, pleasant staff, work quickly enough, there are usually no large queues, and if queues happen, then every customer is served very quickly. There is only one fitting room, there may be difficulties with fitting. But overall the place is great.

The most terrible pick-up point! The manager of Milan absolutely does not know how to communicate with people, they turn returns as they want, there is a queue from the street, there is nothing to breathe, dirt, it's terrible in the fitting rooms!
There was not even a pen to write a complaint at the pick-up point!
The wrong product arrived, they refused to refund the funds!
