Good afternoon I picked up the goods on 03/19/25 at 7 p.m. I am very unhappy with THE BOORISH BEHAVIOR OF YOUR EMPLOYEE!!! The girl behaved very aggressively with customers!!! She insulted me in raised tones, she didn't want to give me an additional package for the product!!! She said she WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ONE PACKAGE!!! By the way, I had 22 Goods!!! How was I supposed to carry the rest of the goods?If I had two large sofa covers + other clothes and jewelry. By mistake, she gave me a rejected product, although I immediately put it aside and said that I would NOT take it!!! SHE ALSO SPECIALLY GAVE ME A REJECTED TOP!!! ALLEGEDLY, HE WAS A LITTLE SMEARED IN THE BACK OF THE TONER!!! Although I DIDN'T EVEN PUT it ON!!! SHE BEHAVED VERY AGGRESSIVELY, ALTHOUGH SHE MISTAKENLY MADE A PAYMENT FOR THE REJECTED PRODUCT, did not even apologize!!! She was rude and said that the TOP (it was underwear) and COULD NOT BE returned. I ask you to Take Measures to your Employee!!! Because I constantly receive large quantities of goods from you!!! AND I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR !!! GIRLS, always friendly and helpful!!! Never HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR STAFF!!! THANK YOU in advance!
