The staff is not at the "height"! They won't say anything in response to our "hello, thank you". When asked to check the equipment, I just threw an extension cord on the counter and watched (yes, I blunted it, I didn't turn on the button on it) as I twisted a non-working hair dryer in my hands. An unremarkable Wildberry pick-up point. Of the minuses, there are often slippery steps at the entrance and the branded "non-selfish" look of the workers, as if they are doing you a big favor with their trip to the warehouse for a parcel, but this is in many Wildberry points).

I don't know why the low ratings are more likely to evaluate the company's policy (and, by the way, it has recently become simply disgusting and is getting worse) than the pick-up points. The interior is nice, there are enough booths, there are no queues, they serve quickly, there is enough time for fitting, everything is convenient. The staff is efficient, polite, diligent. Everything would be fine, but the staff of the point seems to be cruelly trained, as a result they lose their individuality every year and become like zombies with a learned smile, even creepy somehow, but this is the case at all pick-up points I know, and I visit 8 different points. If you ask a question, or ask for something outside the template, they may get scared and growl with the same smile on their face, even if they come across people who look like real people for 1-2 months, then they become like everyone else.
