I still don't understand how I was supposed to find out that there are two in this network!!! a legal entity... and why would I, as a buyer, need this information? It turns out that after buying a certificate in one of the stores, you will not be able to purchase it in most other stores in the chain!!! There is no information on the website or in stores. There is nothing on the certificate - I have 7 (seven) of them!!!I folded the pieces myself in envelopes. Yes, their new employee wrote them out to me, BUT he was advised by another employee on the phone, naturally experienced! The problem became clear on March 7, when the girls who received the gift could not sell it in the nearest store. Do you think they were very pleased? Is it pleasant for me, who bought these certificates, on the evening before the holiday? Is it pleasant for my supervisor, who came up with a seemingly good idea? So this is not the end of the story. I'm calling, explaining, and to put it mildly, it's extremely rude to me, "have you seen our certificates at all?" Well, I wish I could buy them, and not one, but seven!!! Anyway, it turns out I should have known!!! that the network has different legal entities, and having bought a certificate from one, it is impossible to sell it from another! So why is the store chain called the same way?! Why is there a list of stores of both legal entities on the site?! Yes, of course, they immediately called me back after I said that I would write a complaint. We apologized a lot, but we didn't really solve the problem. And yes, you don't have to punish the new girl, punish the one who advised her! And remove the certificates from sale - there will be no problems!
