My son is calling us. Unfortunately, I get to the Visa Trans website. I explain the situation to a nice girl operator. She tells us how well her company is working, how happy everyone is, they will definitely bring us to Lviv with comfort. I believe, they order, I buy a ticket.
My son prints out a ticket and goes to the train station an hour before the trip. Dispatch at 23-45. My son calls at 23-55. There is no bus... There are two phones on the ticket... Ukrainian. And the passenger is in Poland!!! I'm reassuring you, maybe the bus is late... 00-10- there is no car. I'm calling the phones from the ticket. One doesn't work, the other was taken by a sleepy uncle. Gives the driver's phone number. The son calls back and ...shock. NO one told the driver that the ticket was sold and a passenger was waiting for him!!! And he will not stop by, because he is already "outside the cordon"
My son returns to the hotel, I refuse the railway ticket, losing 120 hryvnia at the same time...
Naturally, the night is sleepless.
I'm calling Visa in the morning. I am offered to write an application for a refund for the ticket within 30 days!!! And you need copies of your passport and identification code!? To my indignation, I bought their fault and the ticket via the Internet, through a bank card. Let the money be returned to me on the same card. (By the way, Ukrzaliznytsia returns it to the bank card). Should I send copies of the documents to the "grandfather's village" in order to get a loan later? The girl must have woken up. Another, probably the eldest, answered the phone. She began to apologize - to be surprised. It turns out that we are the only ones who are unlucky. There was a "system failure". She'll figure it out and call back.
An hour later, indeed, she called. She reported that she had agreed with the carrier and the bus would pick up her son on the old ticket.
I decide to call the carrier back. The dispatcher, in a dissatisfied voice, calls me two driver's phones. When I ask if there will be problems with the ticket, the connection deteriorates sharply, and then it breaks off. Next, the phone is "for the zone"
After such "failures", we decide not to take risks and not spend the night at the train station in a foreign country again. The son calls the dispatcher at the company whose bus broke down the day before. It's been fixed, there will be a flight. An hour before the arrival time of the bus, the driver calls back, specifies where his son will be waiting for him... That's where the adventures end.
As a result, the trip cost 1200 hryvnia. 408 - Visa Trance ticket ; 670 - new ticket ; 120- loss for refusal of railway ticket. That's the arithmetic...
My opinion: Visa Trans earns on the "divorce" of citizens. Here they took 400 hryvnia from us, someone else more, etc. The calculation is that they will not go to court for 400 - 500 hryvnia. It's more expensive for yourself. That's where they stand.
So I urge everyone: do not contact Visa in any case!!! These are crooks!!!

To say that I am not satisfied with the work of the carrier is to say nothing! I'm just outraged by the boorish attitude of the driver towards the passengers. We were traveling with a child. It all started with the fact that the bus was late.When we finally waited for him, the child was already tired and moody, which the driver showed his displeasure in every possible way. In addition, he refused to stop the bus at the request of passengers. I will not recommend the carrier to my friends. The carrier needs to first review the staff, and then instruct them to transport passengers.

After registration, I received a promotional discount code. That was the end of the good impression. I waited near the Alekseevsky Shopping Center for more than an hour, the bus never arrived.
