I ordered colored chamomile chrysanthemums, there are significantly fewer flowers than indicated, so they were thrown out two days later. I ordered flowers (101 roses). If you compare the Instagram post of these people with what was eventually delivered, then there will be very few similarities. My comments were answered with the standard response "thank you for the comment, we will take it into account and correct ourselves." According to the answers below, it can be understood that nothing is being taken into account and is not being improved. The service / delivery is exactly the same as the flowers themselves, they say one time, but they are brought to another (initially, most likely, they were even delivered to the wrong person).
In short, the DIVORCE is COMPLETE and I do not advise anyone!
p.s. I advise the owners of this "institution" to refocus their activities on video editing, rils recording, blogging, etc.

I bought this bouquet in Yazvety.white in the Promenade shopping center in the Dana Mall area. In the photo, the life span is 2 days after purchase. They sell utter garbage, it's better to buy it elsewhere, because you will regret it and you will be incredibly ashamed in front of the one to whom you give such trash. I wrote on Instagram, asking for an explanation. They just drove off on a fool and that's it, they write "thanks for the feedback, we will work on the service". In general, if you don't want to embarrass yourself with a bouquet, it's better to buy it in another store.

The prices and assortment on the site do not correspond to what is stated (people are being misled).. I managed to order the product before the price was raised, but not only do they have 40 cm roses in more than one store (but there is one on the website) so also the price for everything has become an order of magnitude higher, what I chose for half a day ; I made out down the drain, and also ignore basic questions, complete disrespect for customers and my dislike for you!!!

The last straw was that I ordered two identical bouquets for the same price, of the same type with a difference of a week... The photo shows the difference on the face. It is also evident from the correspondence that the authorities do not want to solve anything with regard to their joints... I don't recommend it.

It turns out that you can change the name of the store from "Rosamarket" to "Yatsvety" and continue working) For future buyers, I recommend reading reviews where the rating is around 2 points on Rosamarket...It's the same company with stale flowers!!! The disgusting attitude of sellers towards buyers! I ordered a bouquet online for delivery of 15 roses, and a tubby wilted bouquet was brought. At the same moment as they brought me, I wrote to the store with a pritension, to which they replied that I did not understand anything as it should be, gave advice on how to take care of it and said that they would stand for about 5 days! Less than a day has passed, the roses have lowered all their heads and wilted! The impression of the service is completely ruined!
