Hefty catfish rise from the depths. Interestingly, Jordan has a different chemical composition than Lake Keneret from which it flows. That is, the river flows through the lake! According to legend, Christ was baptized not here, but significantly lower down the river closer to the Dead Sea. It seems like a holy place, but everything is Jewish. It is better to arrive early in the morning or after 14.00. The fish arrange pilling, for believers - supposedly the holy waters of Jordan, although this is the Gulf of Kinneret. In the morning, a fish is playing, I saw Israeli poachers from the opposite shore, looking around, dragging meter-long fish, I did not recognize the breed of fish, but some kind of predator.
