Центр наполнился разноплановыми магазинами и стал очень посещаемым. Здесь можно купить продукты (2 магазина), одежду и обувь(2этаж), бытовую химию, товары для животных. Есть косметика и мягкая мебель. И разноассортиментные Три цены и Светофор. Можно попить кофе и навестить санузел😉.

В последнее время «Яркий» ожил!) С момента открытия изменений много и в основном положительные. Парковка отличная, подъезд также удобный. Часто приезжаем с семьей, т.к нет толп людей и из магазинов в основном только самое необходимое: светофор, три цены, копеечка и т.п., что позволяет все сделать быстро без траты времени на отвлекающие моменты). Развлечений нет, но мне это и не принципиально.

В тц есть светофор (чистый, по сравнению с другими светофорами), марк формель, копеечка, секонды, кафешка (вроде шаурма), три цены, магазин одежды, магазин мебели. Вот только парковка небольшая и на общественном транспорте добираться неудобно

Отличный тц с дешёвыми товарами. Цены действительно низкие. Качество обслуживания в торговых точках оставляет желать лучшего, но... как говорится, какой товар, такой и купец).
Из приятного: хороший и большой магазин одежды, где цена=качество. Светофор, где дешёвые чаи, кофе, конфеты, печенья, алкоголь и т д. ( колбасы, заморозку и молочку не советую там брать). Магазин 3 цены и многое другое.

Небольшой милый тц. Есть бесплатная большая парковка, классные магазины. Часто сюда приезжаю из-за наличия оптового магазина и хорошего магазина с качественной одеждой и обувью.

Был мебельный центр, теперь там магазины низких цен: три цены, светофор, tottus (одежда), секондхенд, копеечка...
Есть зоомагазин, белита-витекс, кальяны и электронные сигареты.
Один этаж.
Чисто.
Не очень большая парковка.
От остановок общественного далековато, на авто - съезд с кольцевой. На парковке бесконтактная автомойка.
В целом норм, но тем, кому пока не привычно покупать дешовые вещи не высокого качества - не зайдет.

Как только открылся, ничего не было, только мебель, а с появлением магазинов светофор, три цены, и т.д. ТЦ ожил. Мне нравится, но расположение подразумевает только заезд на машине, пешком ходить приятного мало.
